The stem spacer is decent, but I would find something else instead

Initially, I was under the impression that all stem spacers worked the same way and their prices were the same. There is no way I could have predicted that. I am not sure if this is a good stem spacer because there are so many different sizes, but I personally would not use any spacers that are less than 5mm as they are too thin and will not provide any support when installed with stem caps. There is a problem with the spacer even for thicker ones, where when tightened the stem cap it gets dented easily. It was ultimately more practical to purchase an aluminum spacer instead, since it is more durable than plastic My recommendation would not be to do so.
