Questions & Answers
The Loop exists to provide alternative hand positions, which can be beneficial on long rides. The loop can also be used to help you tuck your elbows in a "spread elbow" position.
This isn't something you'd come up with on your own. If you want a bar end junction box, you'll have to drill a hole in the bar.
Yes, it's a wide handlebar that provides comfort and stability when riding downhill. It was one of the best investments I've made for my Gravel bike.

These bars were exactly what I needed to turn my Scott Addict into a "gravel-loving" machine. The drops on these bikes are insanely comfortable when equipped with RedShift drop bar grips. It takes some practice to use the loop as aero bars, but it's effective when you need to get out of the wind.
When compared to a traditional drop position, you lose a little bit of aerodynamics, but the comfort and stability it provides in that position is well worth it. When you take on the aero tuck, the middle Aero grip is also surprisingly comfortable. On the market, the best road or gravel handlebar.
Basically, this bar's photos tell you everything you need to know about it. The only thing I'd like to see them do differently is lose 50-100 pounds. Despite the fact that it weighs 80 grams, this is still a fantastic bar. In July 2021, I rode from San Francisco to New York.
I combined it with the Redshift Drop and Cruise Control ergo grips for the most comfortable handlebar setup I've ever had. The flare in the drops allows me to bend further without my arms being at an awkward angle, and it also keeps my brifters in a good position. The large D bar on the front, of course, can be used to attach a variety of items. Accessories for the bar end are a perfect match. This is an incredible drop bar.
So far, these bars have proven to be very comfortable, especially when combined with the grips. For a new riding position, I frequently use the loop. I bought the grips and extra-long bar tape, and everything works perfectly.
The drops are beautifully flared and the width is ideal. It's also nice to have the 20mm rise!.
I chose 50 as my number. Be aware that they are quite wide, almost like a mountain bike.
I bought the 50cm wide bars to replace my 12-year-old cross bike bars. I wasn't expecting it to make such a big difference, but it does.
