How large is the rotor and adapters on your bike? there are four adapters in the package, for IS and POST mount, 180mm front or both 160mm should work without any trouble.
Thanks for letting me know. The adapter you see is actually included with the set, however it is only for rotors with a 160mm diameter.
As long as the cable length is about the same on every bike, I think they would be perfectly suited. However, I'm unsure if the hydraulic brake lines can fold well at all.
On the right side of the pic there should be a place to pick the cable length.

With this kit, you get the following value-adds Fully assembled and ready for use The bleeding stopped. I found this to be extremely easy to set up and it worked perfectly! Over the mechanical disc brakes, this is a major improvement. Purchasing my wife's bicycle was the first thing I did. When I bought my car 5 years ago, I was thrilled to have disc brakes instead of v-brakes The brakes are on the wheels or the brakes are on the axle. Although they were normally less loud and more prone to squealing than I liked, they have been of lesser power than I had hoped. When I looked into it and found this upgrade kit, I had no hesitation in ordering I was thrilled with the results and it was incredibly easy to install. A high-quality version of this game is not available Disc brakes are generally the highest end mountain bike brake system, but this is a great upgrade for a trail bike that already has disc brakes. Definitely worth it! The following is an update as of 11/30/2019 An update is all I wanted to say. They will work perfectly for at least 1,000 miles because my wife put over 1,000 miles on them since I installed them! I think this was the best upgrade for her bike. These work so much better than the original cable Solution actuated by an external device. Since they have a fixed pad on one side and only move the one pad to clamp, those always squealed. The two move at the same time and clamp equally on either side. Furthermore, the price has dropped by about $20 from when I first bought I really like the price!.
I ordered these brakes for a budget 29er build. My original plan was to get hydraulic disc brakes, however I didn't want to spend a lot of money, so I chose these. I was satisfied with how well they were made when I got them. There was nothing cheap or plasticky about it. Due to an oversight on my part, I ordered the EU model, but I had to cut the hoses anyhow, so swapping the line wasn't a big deal. Blooding them was as simple as if they were any other hydraulic brake from Shimano. In terms of performance, they did not perform well before bedding in the pads however, after bedding in the pads correctly (by slowly dragging brakes down a hill a couple of times), they were enough to stop the truck. It is not near the power of something like XT brakes, however these are pretty much what I expected for the price. If you're looking to buy cheap brakes in this category, be very careful not to expect too much power.
An example of the seller's package is There are a number of extra installation bits in JGBike that make a good package. $50 is a great price for that package. This is not a good deal at $100. Visit that big anonymous online auction site and search for Shimano MT-1000 A brake set of 200 is available. There are all the discs in this set plus 4 Avid G3/HS1-3 discs (my pick). A G3 costing *$52 from China or *$66 from the US can be purchased for a week's time for *$66 shipped from China. In it's place, you can have it the day after you order it if you don't have time to wait. In this package, there are 200 brakes In many ways, these hydraulic brakes are like the Ford Model T in terms of Though they aren't the best, I'd bet they're at least as good as any other brake. This brake's stopping power is squarely on a Simplicity, naturalness, and predictability are all very apparent in modulation The products have never failed me over heavy use for a year, and I have to rate them excellent for reliability The top-notch noise rating is also a reflection of the fact that with a new set of Avid G3 discs they have not squeaked a single time It comes with them It still works well a year later it had excellent lever feel when it was released There is a pad gap large enough for all but the thickest discs, so installation is a breeze. Despite its obnoxiously low price, it doesn't seem to be available to everyone. As cheap as the price is (on EB), it really doesn't make sense to pay a local shop for bleed and replace brake pads on these bikes. It would be pretty easy to just buy a whole new set for the same money. Shimano has a real winner here by making hydraulic brakes accessible to the masses - a minor inconvenience, yes, but nonetheless, a major benefit - This ultra-affordable and reliable set does not need maintenance all you need to do is just buy another one when the first one stops. In true Model T fashion, you can have it in any color you want It doesn't matter what color it is, so long as it's.
I was given mechanical brakes when I purchased my $350 29+ mid-size vehicle These bikes simply could not keep up, and their weight was a hindrance. As I race down twisty singletrack through forests, I go fast. As if they were made just for it, these brakes fitted perfectly and gave it the stopping power it required. I have XT brakes on two of my much more expensive mountain bikes, and which are at least 90% as good as these. There are some improvements in the XTs and they probably weigh a few grams less, but these are awesome brakes at a fantastic price!.
On my old buzz novara, I just replaced the worn out Avid BDBB mechanicals with these new ones, as my BDBBs had become too old and worn to entice me to invest time to extend their lifespan. Taking these brakes for a spin, holy moly! My brakes weren't operating properly to begin with, but now they're working like a charm! It is smooth to engage with minimal pressure on the handle and the stopping power is impressive even with just the rear set. I live in New Orleans, so a lot of my biking is on the NOLA roads with NOLA drivers and it is very flat everywhere. Therefore, these are a bit overkill, but I imagine they'd be more than adequate in places like San Francisco or I installed disc brakes for the first time and it couldn't have been easier considering how knowledgeable the technician was. IMPORTANTLY, I ordered the second size of US boxing gloves, I believe the rear size is 1650, I need to check and update. It was also too long in the front and rear, but more so in the rear. There will be a time when I need to shorten them. Lastly, I would like to point out what isn't We will need parts to shorten the hose, as well as olives and other items I am not familiar with. Furthermore, there is only one mounting bracket included, as well as what I suppose is 180mm of spacer between the rotor and bracket. The rotors are also missing. It was easy enough for me since I had purchased new rotors and used my old mounting bracket for the front calipers, but if your bracket breaks, you'll need to get a new The mounting bracket included one 180mm spacer and one mounting bracket. You cannot shorten the hoses with parts and be careful with the measurements even though I thought I measured correctly, I still had too long hoses (not a lot but I will eventually shorten them). Apart from that, I am amazed at how effective they are for the money. Though I was hesitant about hydraulics and even new calipers being within budget, it seems well worth it if you set aside some money now and then.
