These were purchased for my 6 year old grandson, but I was surprised that they were too small when I received Despite this, he put them on and wore them all day on his first day at work. The love he had for them was unfailing. I am glad I bought it!
The names of sizes are usually listed by manufacturing companies based on groupings of averages. There is a possibility that a smaller than average child could wear this item even at an older age, It might even be possible to wear to a child that is larger than average.

It fits her perfectly since it has thick padding No matter how you wear it, it shouldn't feel too tight. At least so far, the pad stays in place when they move, the velcro is as well-grip as it appears, and the plastic is durable and sturdy. Unlike the hand pads, however, these are not designed to be protective at all. They have a thin layer of cloth on the palms of the hands that adds a bit more style than protection. As such, it is probably effective at preventing minor scrapes and bruises, but not for preventing soreness or aiding in the breaking of It's still my favorite and my girls love it too. I bought a dress for my daughter who is petite for her age (42 inches, 41 pounds) and happy with how it fits. Kneepads, elbow pads, gloves, and a bag are included in the package. Just an FYI Our knee pads and elbow pads are almost identical in size and design, so we had to use a sharpie to distinguish which was which so she could put them both
The gloves are too thin, but that is all I have to say. A fall would probably rip them before they would last more than one good time. In any case, for the low price (currently $9), I am glad I bought it.
Cute, but I was not satisfied. Their purpose seems to be served by these products. I haven't yet put them to the test with my daughter, who is 5 years old. There was a lack of quality control, which is why the rating was three stars. Her gloves do not have enough holes to allow her to use them because one of them only has 3 As you can see, I'm not quite sure how those made it through the production line. When it came to color, what I received didn't match what I had pictured. I was so disappointed in the quality of the product. After my 3 year old used them for an hour one day, the knee pad started popping off after a few minutes, and then I saw it fall completely off when I walked back into the house a few minutes later. I bought them for my 4 year old daughter and have used them for outdoor roller skating. They do have Velcro on both knee guards and elbow guards to hold them in place, but their best feature is that they also have elastic bands that you can use to slide them on and off your arms and legs. This will prevent my daughter from simply sliding up when she does fall. If she puts on her skates first, however, she simply uses Velcro. She tends to use elastic most of the time however. Those pads come with this option and I like it. As well as wrist guards, the package includes a lot of useful items that fit securely and have been very handy. It has never occurred to my daughter to complain about any of these pads/guards being uncomfortable. Exactly what I was looking for!.

The product works well, but I received the incorrect packaging. My 3 year old was disappointed that I did not get Doc McStuffins, but rather Hello Kitty instead. It is also worth noting that the knee pad straps are extremely tight on my daughter's I would not recommend it for kids who have.
