The one I have now is 4 years old and weighs about 42lbs and 43" long. It is ok for him to wear the pads, but the gloves are rather too small for him. I think they will not fit next summer, but they do now.
It seems to me that The size and weight of mine are 41" and 39lbs, respectively. With velcro straps, the pads can be adjusted. In the event that he falls, the elbow and knee guards protect him pretty well. As well as the gloves, they are great. It's a very comfortable fit for him. This may be of some help to

In a nutshell, The bike horn in the video does not sound like anything you'd expect a bike horn to sound like. It is absolutely adorable, but a bit shrill and awkward to press, but it is too cheap to return, so I threw out the package.
Buying it is a great idea! My son got these as a present. His birthday was in July, so we gave him a bike. You need to be protected! I sized them up for to fit all of my relatives (including adults) and my 3-year-old got a perfect fit! Lightning McQueen is his favorite character, so when he saw them, he immediately put them on so Lightning McQueen can protect him! I would have bought these at Walmart, but it costs more, so I can always rely on Amazon for the best price! In that case, I would say we are very prepared (I hope he doesn't take a fall). For children under the age of 3, I would not recommend them. In my opinion, it would not have fit him properly if I had bought it last year. I suspect it won't fit him as well next year, but for now it just molds to his knees, elbows, and the gloves keep doing their job well. The ones in the video seem to be more for style than for I am fully aware that boys get bruises, so I am sure we are not opting out of every single bruise!.
I only had my son wear his knee pads for less than an hour and the mesh fabric that covers the outer plastic ripped just from I do not believe he fell or yanked excessively on it. With the help of four rivets, the thin plastic is attached to the fabric. In any case, the mesh fabric has torn around three of the four rivets, and it is not possible to reattach the plastic in a safe manner. The quality is very poor. Rather than using something like , I would suggest something more powerful and secure.
These are colorful and appealing to my eye. Although they run slightly small, I do feel like they are very comfortable. My 3 year old leaves a slight mark on the back of his legs when he wears them. It also seems like the sizes aren't exactly the same between the right and left knee/elbow pads (one elbow pad is bigger than the other, and one knee pad is larger He loves them and we will continue to use them as long as they protect him. In addition, it matches his Cars helmet and scooter, which is great.
What a cute picture. Getting it was such a big deal for my son, who is three years old. Although it works, it is a very difficult program It does not take much force to honk the horn, even for adults. A sound can only be made if you squeeze hard. I find it hard to understand why my son has to operate with two hands, since he can't honk and drive safely.
As an alternative to the squeaking noise with which it is equipped, I wish the horn had a better sound. However, he really enjoys playing with it and it is very cute. Our goal was to get a bike that matches his pads and helmet. For that reason, this is a victory. Our first opening of the package led to the rubber tire and silver ring falling off the assembly. A replacement is being sent out from Amazon in its place. The reason it got 4 stars is because of this.
The helmet goes well with them, too! He has already saved his cute little knees from falling off his bike because of these! Great product, recommend it highly.
In spite of the fact that my son is four years old and on the thin side, the knee pads top straps are very short. They do not fit well around his thighs, and are too These are too big to fit a kid my size. It's the elbow pads and gloves that are great, however.
