I'm so disappointed it won't fit my daughter because it's such a cute bike. In a few places on the listing, it says 12 inches. However, from the ground to the lowest seat setting, the shortest seat setting is a solid 16 inches. My daughter is a normal height for a nearly three-year-old, but she is too tall for her. I believe it would be better suited to a 3. a child of five years old Unless they're extremely tall, of course. The bike is well-made and extremely cute. I wish it had a true 12-inch rise, but I'll have to return it and try another brand.
Adorable! Yes, the seat can be adjusted to a very low position for a two-year-old - Don't be put off by the negative comments of others. If the user is unable to lower the seat sufficiently, they are making a user error.
This will be a wonderful surprise for my daughter! I was on the verge of purchasing the banwood version of this bike, but I'm so glad I didn't.
Despite her claims that the peddles were forgotten. ha! When she rides in the basket, she has a lot of fun bringing toys with her. Green is a beautiful color. I couldn't be more pleased!.
For Christmas, we bought this for our 20-month-old son. It's approximately 1 pound. She's 2 inches too short, but by the time spring arrives, she'll be just right; she can reach on her toes if she wears thick sneakers, but not if she's flat-footed. I have to keep my grip on the bike and push her around. We've only used it around the house so far, and we're having a great time learning how to drive. I removed the logo stickers, as suggested by another reviewer. The sticker residue had to be removed with googone and elbow grease, but the stickers themselves came off easily. If you don't have a bike pump, you'll need to air up your tires completely before hitting the road.
Adorable and of excellent craftsmanship. This bike is very popular with my 2-year-old daughter, but it is a little too big for her. I believe she will be able to touch the ground and cruise on this bike in a few months (just in time for summer). The basket arrived slightly damaged, but I was able to get it replaced with a single phone call.
Unless the child is very tall, 3 year olds. Like other reviewers, I'm disappointed in the bike's minimum height; we bought it to replace an older balance bike (Burly), only to discover that it's too tall for our 3-year-old. Our 14" inside leg height daughter is barely touching on tippy toes with the seat in the lowest position, despite the fact that the minimum inside leg height is listed as 12". Otherwise, the materials appear to be in good condition. br>br>.
This one is a great look-alike at a reasonable price.
