The screws that come with it are not included.
Your downturns should be equipped with mounting spots. There may have to be an alternative method, perhaps something like a pipe clamp if your bike does not have them.
It's currently mounted, but I'm not sure what the center to center of the screw heads is. It is 5 inches from the ground.
There are many different water bottles it will fit, you can push or pull the curve to fit your bottle, normally a mineral water bottle would be the best fit, the bottle diameter should be around 6cm to 8cm. A little error is also fine, as long as it's not more than 5cm.

There is nothing that can compare to the strength and durability of this rack. There isn't much 'give' to it since it is so sturdy. My metal water bottle can only fit in one of those spots. I'm afraid any other water bottles won't fit as I'm afraid they'll break when trying to As long as I don't find anything better, I will continue to use it.
When I bought three of these water bottle cages, the black paint started peeling off before they even arrived at my Nevertheless, the price was certainly right, and the cages are working as expected. With a Sharpie, I painted the exposed aluminum black, and it turned out.
This bike was converted to a single speed, flat bar hybrid from a 1999 Jamis Quest Road Racing bike. The look of the frame is meant to resemble one from twenty years ago. The cages are just what the doctor ordered. Their flat aluminum look, light weight, and reasonable price make them an excellent choice. Because the bottles are oversized, I bent the cage just a little bit and it worked perfectly for me. The fact that my bottles get scratched is not important to me. People, stop caring about how my water bottles look. They deliver water, and none of my friends care about my water bottles looking perfect. Take advantage of the ride. You won't be here for long! You should buy them and stop worrying about whether others will like them.
The edges of the cup hold water bottles tight, but they are a bit sharp so I had to sand the edge. There are mounting brackets for the cage that are right where the bottle sits, so every time I try to put my water bottle in, it scratches and gouges because the area where you slide it in isn't smooth since those.
As flat black (satin) is my preferred finish, I selected that. It seems to be a very good product. It is the blue with black trim theme of my Specialized bike that inspired me to chose flat black (satin). In terms of appearance and design, they are quite minimal and look fantastic with any bike. They proved to be much more attractive than My bike has three of these cages. The bottles fit nicely in them. I am comfortable saying these cages They have only been in use for a month, but I am waiting to see if they are corroded. My observation after an extended period of daily use in extremely rainy weather is that there has been no rusting and they have retained their original elastic shape and have not bent out of shape and will hold bottles very tightly.
I like how this cage acts as a stowaway for reusable cycling water bottles. Several users complain that this bottle cage doesn't fit water bottles tightly enough. I read other reviews on it and some say this cage is too small. It seems to me that this cage is properly tensioned for bicycling. It is a fair price as well. I would buy from this seller.
On each of our three bikes, we have a cage like this for water bottles. This is a sturdy container that holds bottles firmly. A sufficient amount of light is available. Plastic cages crush easily and are very tricky to install. I can install it within five minutes and it does not break like plastic cages.
Here are some things to be thankful for
Just make sure it's the right size for the bottle you want to put in it. Once I mounted a bottle on top of it, I noticed the paint was chipping off. As the picture shows, it already detracts from the overall appearance of the bike, but not so bad as to have It holds the bottle I have in it.
