After using these for a week, day two we noticed one of the sport tops is leaking very badly when A replacement arrived yesterday and thankfully, it did not leak as much as the new replacement top we just received. We realized the sports top we purchased for the second hydroflask is also leaking compared to the new replacement top we just received yesterday. There might be another sport top I can find out there, but I am unsure. I ordered a replacement (for $13, which I paid through a low inventory and not directly from Hydroflask). I hate it. Waterflask is one of our favorite products. It carries the same high-quality technology as Hydroflask as well as a clean color design. We have loved it for years. In order to replace a second top, a lot of other priorities have now been put on hold. It's exhausting as well.
We discovered a significant manufacturing error in the manufacturing process. I would like to thank Hydro flask for the new ones they sent me. Our fifth attempt has broken down (which is why four were broken) and Hydro Flask is very slow in responding. Despite their reputation, you are unable to contact them via email (well, you can, but they won't reply). When I contacted customer service, the replacement water bottle took one entire month to arrive (turning this water bottle into an expensive paper weight while it was in transit).
This is a favorite of my niece's. The gift was from a friend who uses hers daily, whilst we own one ourselves. Keeping water ice cold all day long has never been so easy. One of my favorite parts of these is the top. They are easy to bring along and the pop up top makes it easy for me to use the lids It should be opened with clean hands instead of dirty hands. I drink more water now that we have them since they are so wonderful.
Because of Covid (no water fountains in the school), my son has to bring water every day to school. He was given a bottle by the school, but the cap kept falling off, and the bottle failed to keep his drink cold. Using this everyday to take his drink to school has been a great experience. The drink stays cold, and it has been of good quality. In this case, the sports cap will drip if the bottle is not upright, but I was aware of that before I bought.

The copyright symbol is not present. However, it is not a true hydro flask and thus cannot be regarded as a true water flask I received a note with the package telling me that hydro flask now uses their copyright symbol on their water bottles, even though that is not true. I have no idea what this is. The leak is not its only flaw.
That's why things stay so cold for so long. The cap is great, but I accidentally tipped it over without closing the cap, and the water flooded everywhere- but that was my fault. My fingers are crossed that I will get one with a larger size for the beach soon.
