The skirt is a lot shorter than the "shorts" underneath

The built-in "shorts," which should be more like actual shorts for a cycling skirt, are extremely short. Instead, they're cut like panties, making them look like they belong in a sultry Halloween costume. Over the "panties," I had to put on cycling shorts.
