Questions & Answers

Does anyone have a size 12 pair of these? I'm not sure if I should get a Large or an Extra Large. ?

I'm a size 10 and ordered a large because I believe that biking shorts in general are tight and run small. I ordered the same size as the biking shorts I normally wear. The skirt is a perfect fit, with plenty of room to spare.

Is there any padding in the shorts?

They do, in fact, have a mid-range model. a weighted pad It's a little longer than a triathlon short, but not quite as long as a long-distance cycle short.

How long is the shorts' inseam, and does the sticky silicone on the legs keep them from riding up?

I'm not sure about the length, but they're long enough for me, and I have long legs. The bottoms of the legs have a sticky substance on them.

Is the skirt and shorts made up of two pieces or one? Are the shorts a separate item or are they built in?

They're two separate pieces that snap together on each side of the waist, which I like because I sometimes bike in them under another pair of shorts.

I understand why some reviews mention the tightness of the shorts. However, they were a good fit for me. I'm a medium-sized woman who weighs 127 pounds. When it's really hot outside, I'll just wear shorts. When it's 90 degrees, humid, and you're going for a 50-mile bike ride, the skirt can be a little heavy; I wish it was a little shorter, but that's just me.

Longer rides (15 miles) benefit from padding

I normally wear a large/xlarge in regular clothing, but bicycling clothing tends to run small, so I went up a size; I should've gone with what I normally wear. br>Padding is ideal for rides of more than 15 miles.

I prefer to ride in skorts because they are more comfortable

When riding, the front of the skirt appears to be quite long and separates. To keep the skirt from opening too much, I pinned it to the back part, which appears to help. I prefer to ride in skorts because they are more comfortable.
