Leggings with a flaw

I recently bought these capris because they had good reviews and were reasonably priced. When I first tried it on after receiving it, it appeared to be in good condition. However, when I first put it on, I noticed small holes (basically torn) in both capris. This product has no quality control at all, which is disappointing.
