Small to US sizes work best for you. I am 5'7'' and weigh 200 pounds, so I choose M US size and it's perfect for me
Although I won't quote myself, I would say at the very least you should go medium. I am 5'9" and 175 pounds you will definitely have a short face. The medium fits me perfectly and I'm 180 lbs and they are tight on my knees, but plenty long about 3 inches above my knees

When I ride on the road, I try to make myself as visible as possible to other riders and the traffic around me. It fits fine over the shoulders, but might have been a bit tight over the shoulders having ordered a size L. I couldn't wear the jersey because it was Although I wear a size large men's shirt, the large jersey was tight at the chest and was quite restrictive at the shoulders. I had to reorder the XL size and it fit perfectly. A two hour ride on country roads will be comfortable in the shorts because they have padding. In addition, the shorts have a no slip strip at the bottom to keep your legs from migrating up while riding.
The jersey has a convenient zipper and 3 generous pockets on both the front and back of the jersey. You will stay cool when you ride wearing these bibs and jerseys they provide good ventilation and breathability. These weren't a problem for me during a 124 mile bike ride. It is well worth the price, for the comfort they provide. I ride a TREK Domane SL5 with a PLM 40 1. It's great to have bib biking shorts and jersey in such stylish colors. (I had no trouble wearing the Large size with my 190-pound body. It fits my 5'9" frame perfectly) and works great for my indoor cycling sessions. I've added another pair of the bib shorts to my collection. This is a highly recommended product.
This is not the best material for the price, but it is more than good for the price. The fit is good. I've updated to We used it for a 60km ride and didn't feel any soarness in the back. I was very impressed with the comfort of the pad, which felt a little thin at times, but kept me comfortable the whole time.
The quality was great as well. There could be a bit more padding right on the sit bones so that the pad is more comfortable. I like how they've kept the legs in place with just a medium amount of tackiness, but still gave me a very flush appearance against your leg. Jerseys are very comfortable, breathable and nice to wear. If I ever purchase another version of this, I might even do so in a different color.
There is a bit of a quality difference between this set and those of others. I think the fit is According to my tan lines, these shorts are about an inch shorter than most others. However, the fit is great and they don't slip on me. It was the padding in the shorts that made all the difference I went from being in pain after 5 miles to having a slight pain after 12 miles There is a 15 mile marker. In the near future, I will be picking up a second set from Santic. Please do not use a dryer to dry your kit. I recommend washing the kit and letting it air dry.
A US large fit me well for me at 6'1 and 175 pounds. The jersey is on the smaller side but I am relatively lean so it was perfect for me. The cost of the jersey appears to be That is probably not accurate, but I got the set for less than 70 dollars. I am giving this jersey 3 stars since it is a bit thin, great for summer.
