I'm not sure if I'll be of assistance because I've forgotten the chart, but if it helps, here's my size. The XS/M was a perfect fit for me. I'm 6 feet tall, 167 pounds, and have thighs that are 21 inches wide.
Because of the material used, they dry quickly.
They're well-fitting, but they're also simple to put on and take off. If you're wearing shoes, I wouldn't recommend it. You'll probably want to put these on before your bibs.
Measuring from the top of your thigh to the bottom of your ankle with your leg straight: M = 48- 56cm; XL - 56- 62cm. This information was taken from their website.

Because these appear to be fairly new on Amazon, I thought I'd leave a review (which I rarely do) because they are absolutely fantastic! My guess is that these are made in the same factory as your favorite high-end pro cycling brand, but with the name Rock Bros instead of ASOS or whatever on the side. Advantages: br>br> br>I usually go for a big size - Everything is a size xl and it fits perfectly. br>br>Solid elastic band around the thighs that hasn't slipped during any rides. br>br>Thin enough to tuck in between my bib legs. br>br>A breathable knee section keeps the fabric from pulling while pedaling (while also looking good). br>br>Fits perfectly, with a slight compression of the leg. br>br>Kept me warm on my morning ride. br>br>Great substitute for my expensive pair that I ruined in the wash last week for a fraction of the price. br>br>Cons: br>Your snobby biking buddies will make fun of you all the time. name brand warmers, but secretly lust after them because you can get three pairs for the price of one name brand pair.
Why are you all doing such an excellent job of reviewing this? This item is of excellent quality and fit, with the exception of the knees, which are a major flaw. On the knees, they have a different fabric that is HORRIBLE. It doesn't stretch as much as the rest of the leg warmer, and it has several large stitching from the different fabric that cuts into my legs every time I bend my knees (which is all the time since these are meant to be worn while working out). br>br>These would be fantastic if they were all made of the same fabric type. But the knee fabric is such a poor choice that I'm returning it after just one workout.
EXCEPT ! It's a good product; it's well-made, fits well, and does exactly what it claims to do. EXCEPT: The "clingy" stripe that keeps it in place and from sliding down your leg caused a severe skin burn on my leg that lasted for three weeks (after just one use). Now . Perhaps it's a case of my own making! I'm not sure if I was cleric to a chemical used in that part, but the rash and skin burn that lasted weeks bothered me. That is why there is only one star.
This is exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price; these are "wear" items, so getting the more expensive brand names is pointless. These are extremely well-designed, making them extremely comfortable to wear while cycling. They also do not restrict your range of motion. There are no obnoxious logos or designs, which is a huge dealbreaker for a majority of cycling accessories. br>br>The fit is also as expected if you use the fitting chart ahead of time. br>br>There are also no obnoxious logos or designs, which is a huge dealbreaker for a majority of cycling accessories. Overall, this is a fantastic product.
It appeared to be a high-quality product made of high-quality materials. The design with the different material over the knees, however, did not stretch as well as the rest, and it bunched up behind the knee because the stretch material couldn't stretch as far. The less breathable knee cover would keep the knees warm in the winter, but it would need to be as stretchy as the others.
BUT, because I try to avoid bringing pants when touring, I'd prefer them to be longer, and these are perfect for that. br>br>It was no problem putting on our take-off gear. Although there are no zips (as advertised), I can roll them up and down as needed. br>br>I don't have enough data for cold weather, but they're good down to 55F with a drizzle, and they could easily get colder. In addition, it dries quickly.
They appear to be of good quality, but the small/medium is too small and the large/XL is too large. I'm a fairly average-sized person, so it's a little odd that there isn't anything in between those two sizes that would fit me.
When I'm riding my bike, I need to keep my knees warm, and these are perfect. They don't come with any instructions, but there is a left-hand option. As a result, it took me some time to figure out what was going on. Each warmer has a small label on the inside of the band; it would be great if they were labeled L.
