Two sizing practices are available to them. They have an Asian sizing system and an American sizing system. It was a perfect medium for me at 61 years of age.
The leg warmers are warm and you may be able to wear them in the wind. I, however, do not find them to be comfortable at all. I dislike the elastic band at the top/thigh of the shorts it feels like it is causing a cutting pain in my leg (not because I ordered the wrong size). The experience was extremely unpleasant. It helped to wear them over my shorts / bibs to lessen the pain and discomfort, however they did not grip well enough to the lycra of the shorts, which meant they bunched up significantly behind my knees, which was greatly They didn't work for me. I wouldn't buy them again I tried wearing them three times before giving up My closet is now the only place they reside. If you would like them, please let me know!

Women make up most of the population of the world. A biking trip I took required a pair of pull up leggings so I would be warmer just in case I became cold. It was too much for me to read that they were thermal fleece (yeah, stupid me) and I didn't need something that would keep me that The length of my body is 5'3". I wear It appeared that they were well-suited to each other. It would be good if my quads were of a large size, since I don't have very long legs. In the picture, I'm wearing shorts, and you can see that the leggings go up pretty high, and the shorts cover them up. As soon as I put them on, I felt a certain warmth. As I didn't really use them for longer than a few minutes, I'm only giving them 4 stars. They seem to be good quality, but aren't what I wanted. In the top, there was a band of elastic, but I couldn't tell if it was comfortable or not, and the leggings don't seem to stay in place for very long, if they even stay in place long enough.
It worked great if I got the right size. The best fit can usually be found with trousers with 31" internal seams. It appears that their sizes are based on norms that are smaller than those of the average person in the US (presumably made in China). Even the XXL size was larger than the largest size of several competing products. Although I can imagine that some cyclists with huge thighs would find it too small, I found it to be larger for myself than many competing products' largest sizes.
I have found that these stay with me for quite some time. Since they are smaller in diameter as the thigh approaches the crotch, I can pull them up to where I can pull them up. As well, having extra material in the knee could help maintain the position of the portion above the knee, so the bending of the leg does not pull it down.

Since several years, I have been suffering from chronic knee pain. In hot or cold weather, I prefer to wear short pants and my knees are always exposed. One of my biggest complaints is that my knees freeze up when the air conditioner is turned on at night. The more I cover, the hotter I get. I could tell the difference in 15 minutes after wearing these. The braces initially were meant to be worn only at night, but I left them on all day and my knees feel great. Since they work for me so well, it seems they are medicated with pain medication, but in fact they aren't. A three-xl was the best size for me since I am very large. There is a little bulge in the top band and bottom band, but they do not roll at all. This is a company I highly recommend. In addition to the first pair, I intend to buy a second pair for backup. Without them, I don't think I will ever be the same. This is a very good.
In the end, I had to order twice, first an XL, which turned out to be too small, then 3XL, the largest size. The size is still smaller than I would like, but it fits okay. Basically bought these so I can wear them under my street pants as my commute on my bike in cold weather would be unpleasant. You remain warm when you wear them since the wind does not blow your legs up. Yes, you can wear long underwear inside the building, however you may feel hot once you are inside and you may find it a bit difficult to undo when you have to go to the bathroom. If you want to know how I know, ask me. I wore them a couple of times and they are very comfortable. They don't work as well as the long johns, but they are good enough for my purposes.
The sizes don't appear to be correct for cyclists for whom thighs tend to be larger. I ordered my first pair of jeans the same size as my last pair of jeans from a name brand they were much smaller. However, I went up a size and although they fit much better, the top of my thigh is quite tight and uncomfortable enough that I won't wear them or at least not for very long. My skin feels as if it is being cut. The only other thing I notice (which is significant) is that they seem fine- The material is made of materials that are comfortable and durable. If there were a sizing chart available online that included leg warmers, it would be very helpful. Neither company had any such policy when the order was placed.
Warmth and wind protection are two things I like about them. Leg covers are much longer here than they are in most other countries. My thighs are almost to the ankles and my ankles are almost to the bottom of my feet. We had a great time on our move.
The first two times I wore these leggings I liked them but now one of them has the stitching come loose from the elastic leg opening, so it will no longer stay on my leg because the rubber now slips out. It's too bad, because they were.
