This would be a 3 out of 5. The total will be 5, but I will After I put the jersey on, I think it is a pretty good jersey. The padding is very comfortable for a summer ride and feels like I can wear it as a layer for winter rides as well. Despite its small size, there is enough space inside to store my belongings. I love the pants because they have a great fabric and are also very comfortable. I'll tell you now about It's difficult to get the zipper on. 1) The zipper does not fit. Zipped zipper ends tend to get misaligned near the point at which they connect to start the zipping process. To ensure things go on properly, I now put my fingernails around the thing that goes into the zipping mechanism to make sure I separate it out. The other way around results in a bad zip file that will take a very long time to repair. 2) There is not enough padding on the pants The padding on these pants can become excessive after extended rides, and you'll need to stop and adjust them to get the padding correct. My other bike pant is a bib and it does not produce this problem. The padding is really minimal and even a little movement of the pant causes the padding to move away from where it should be. I'm not sure if the padding is too small or if this is because this isn't a bib.

In terms of overall fit, I think that this item would have worked if it was not for sizing issues. Once I receive my refund, I would like to order the XXL or purchase a different riding jersey or pants.

As the temperature descends a little, I intend to wear this set. I'm pleased with how well this has worked Down to about 45 degrees, I can comfortably wear it. I am very happy with how the fit and the cushioning in the seat are. In the spring of next year, I will most likely buy shorts of the same set.
