My primary reason for getting it was because it is comfortable and breathable on the face. After using this in lower temperatures tires, I plan to use it to bike this winter. I will update you on my experience with it.
It was perfect for a 2 and a half hour night bike ride in 32 degree weather, but I wasn't happy with the waterproofing. I was able to keep my foot in without slipping. It was nice to have the chin / mouth strap since it blocked the wind, yet could be moved to suit need. There is not much substance here, but it is quite warming. Recommended for anyone who rides a bike. Everyday wear is what we intend to do with this.
I found it to be the perfect liner for my bike commute. I am wearing a helmet that keeps my head somewhat warm, but I am feeling the cold and wind most in my ears. A stylish sweater that was warm and not overly bulky was what I was looking for. In order to wear this liner, I have long ear flaps that I use to hold my helmet straps near my ears. It's cut high enough for my face that I don't have to worry about it blocking There is no movement from the liner at all while I ride. I can keep warm even though the face cover is extremely thin, but blocks the wind enough to keep me When I'm done wearing it, it can just be tucked up into the beanie part of the hat. All of this fits into the pocket of my jacket, including my gloves. Glad to hear that!.
Here in Maryland, it's fall (and it feels like winter). So, I needed a way to keep my head and face warm on long cold weather runs. This cap is perfect. It's easy, and it can be tucked or moved to the chin easily and comfortably. My head is kept warm as I wear this soft beanie cap. This beanie cap is pretty absorbent and doesn't get heavy on my head, which is a big benefit for me as I sweat quite a bit. It's not yet been tested for use as a helmet liner during a bike ride, but the only potential drawback I see is that you'd most likely have to wear your helmet loosely.
Seeing as how one of the comments said that the mask fit too small, I hoped it would fit perfectly since I have a pretty big head? It fits perfectly. The hat is actually quite warm (keeping in mind the picture they uploaded, the child looked like a child in it, so maybe not a valid review). This is one of my favourites. This part of the mask actually keeps your face from becoming the only thing on your body that is cold as it keeps the cold air from enveloping your face. You get a lot of value for $15.
I just wish I could find a piece of polyester polar fleece if I wanted one Even though it's made of fleece stitched together, this thing is a five-star product for $10 or less. Fits under my bike helmet (even if it is a little snug) and keep I did not feel any cold air blowing through me. This hat is snug all the way around my head. While wearing a mouth guard can cause my glasses to fog up if I don't expose my nose to the elements, it is not a problem when I am speeding down the road at 15 mph. A 25 mph speed limit.
Tier - With zero bicycle commutes, you can now enjoy your daily commute! I love it!.
It is perfect for the climate in which I live, as the weather can change drastically from summer to winter in a matter of hours. If you shove the face mask into the hat, it can simply be worn as a hat, and it does not make it uncomfortable for the wearer. With the face mask on, you can pull the mask down whenever it gets cold. It keeps you from looking like you are robbing a place when you are walking into one. The description of the product includes all of this information. As far as I am concerned, I just want to let you know that it really does perform these functions as promised and There's a good chance I'll get another one.
In 40 degree weather, I wore it under my bike helmet while cycling. Eleven degrees is plenty warm for a biking helmet. never had to use the face mask, but it's nice to know it's there for those times, when I feel like my nostrils are freezing shut. When not in use, the mask folds up under my hat, so I don't even notice it. As an adult, I have what I consider to be an average head size, and the hat fits Because they were held down by the helmet's chin strap, I didn't experience any problems with the ear flaps. While I wore it jogging, I did not experience any issues. If riding without a helmet on a really windy day, or if it's really windy, you might find that the flaps have a hard time staying in place. I found it to be very effective! That would be a great idea.
