You can't put a ponytail in the hole.

However, I only own the headband, not the cap, but yes, I wash it in the washing machine. I do not dry it.

A circumference of 59 centimeters describes the size of my head. Do I have the right size?

The answer to this question is not certain. This helmet fits me well. I normally wear an XL helmet (bike and motorcycle) and it fit snug, but I am able to wear it. Halo should have more details on their website. I also have the version without the top of the In both cases the fit is

This might be worn under the visor of my kayak helmet when I need one. The sweat band will retain a lot of water, won't it?

I wear this hat under my cycling helmet, I find it well dries my head so as to prevent moisture build-up. Recently, I got soaked wearing this hat under my helmet when caught in a sudden rain shower.

Some of the time, it works
3/5

I am happy with this Halo cycling cap IF I can maintain a good seal between the rubber section of the headband and my forehead AND if I do not tilt my head forward to the point sweat drips onto my eyes or onto my The only way I can keep a seal is when the bill is In order to provide better field of view when descending or just for some style points, I like to put the bill up pull the bill up, it pulls the gasket away from my temples, breaking the seal and causing sweat to drip into my orbital sockets. Additionally, even when you have the bill down, if you tilt your head back, such as when grinding up a hard grade in a low gear, the sweat can leak out around the gasket into your glasses or In my experience, I experience this more often when pushing up steep sections of trail in a halo hat and watching my A second problem with this particular Halo product is the location of the bill attachment point. It's about half an inch above the base of the headband, which means you have to fold the headband to get it to flip up without putting There is something to be said for the soft construction of the headband, but if it comes at the expense of having the bill in the middle of your forehead, or having bunched fabric under your helmet straps and sunglasses, than no thanks for that. Thus, it works as long as you keep your bill down and your head up most of the time.

A note about me and my experience with Halo products generally I am the heaviest sweater I've ever met, and I sweat a lot, so I can effectively avoid sweat in my eyes with any Halo headband (I use the As long as I can maintain a seal, the entire fabrics in the headband, hat, and bill will become 100% saturated and I can still push my trainer or hike in summer for hours without getting sweat from my eyes. People who claim it only works for 15 minutes or so most likely did not seal it Some head shapes may not be compatible with it.

Salty sweat and rain are prevented from getting into your eyes with this
5/5

When it rains, the salt washes down the pads of my helmet and into my eyes. I am into randonneuring and, therefore, have observed after riding long distances that the helmet pads are crusted with salt. Keeping my eyes open is impossible because of how much it burns. It's bad for the cyclist when he or she is biking in the city. It was never an issue for me before randonneuring, as I had never ridden in much rain before. For this purpose, I bought the cap and it has worked well for me. It does heat up your head a little when it is not raining, so I do not wear it when it is not raining. Additionally, I bought a cap with a flap down the back, which I use to shield my neck from the sun on very sunny days. It helps prevent sweat from running directly into my eyes when it rains because the headband and the rubber band in the front keep the sweat out. It helps a little to have a brim on my cap to prevent rain from getting into my eyes. It is now impossible for me to go on any rando ride without packing it.

My sweat hat was very good for a very good price, as I used it both on its own for indoor cycling sessions and under my helmet outdoors
5/5

Is very good both in the environment of the production environment. It is expected that the silicon sweat barrier will leave a temporary imprint on your forehead when worn under your helmet, but it will also keep sweat from running into your eyes and wick away head sweat effectively.

This is the second one I've A black man stood next to him. This helmet has a flip-up visor that stays upright while under the I prefer this sweat gaurd over a traditional one because it dries fast and keeps sweat from entering.

The hat works great for me even though I have a regular head and short hair
4/5

There wasn't a hint of sweat under I don't recommend it for bulky hair or in addition to large heads. The hat works great for me even though I have a regular head and short hair. There wasn't a hint of sweat under Initially, I felt the elastic was too tight, but if I use it a few more times, either I'll get used to it or it will The sweat-removal mask will leave marks on your forehead after a few hours of use, but this is a small price to pay for being able to stop sweating so much.

It's not terrible, but it's not great either

Sweat cannot be repelled by the material. The sponge stays wet but begins to drip as soon as it gets touched. There are other designs for the same product that I like.

As a result, I am able to prevent the sun from burning my face
5/5

I can keep the sun off of my face when I wear this under my bike helmet. The sun protection I had when I removed my helmet is still there. Because of my ponytail, I need to wear it low below the hat so that it can.
