Omni heat is my favorite technology because it keeps me warm while being lightweight and bulk-free so I can move comfortably - I highly recommend it This beanie is perfect as a winter cyclist. I used it under my cycling helmet along with a Columbia full face mask to stay warm this winter. With my head being HOT and the wind chill 25 below, I was at 14 below. Asked plenty of questions to help make me more confident about cycling in severe I am very satisfied with how the sizing for the S/M fits me, even though it is a little big on my small head. Thanks for making a hole where my pony tail can go in back.

The design is geared towards women

My opinion is that this is not really unisex. I don't feel it's gender neutral for me as a man. Women or those with long hair will most likely enjoy this.

Although the s/m size is plenty warm, I still feel like it is a large size on my tall, 7 3/8-inch head. The overall fit is also a large size on me. There is also too much stitching and I don't know whether it will be comfortable to wear under a helmet all day.

The summer snow storm in the mountains has been Obviously I can't predict how it will hold up against the bitter cold of winter, but I know this hat did a great job when it went from being in the seventies just one day before to high winds and snow in late August as I crossed the Paintbrush Divide

An Omni-weave fleece hat with a thicker Columbia brand is my go-to I was looking for the same hat in a different color due to the heat. My mistake was to purchase this hat, and to my surprise it's actually better than the one I originally wanted. Despite being thinner, it has more coverage, is more flexible and has the same warmth as a thicker one. The three that I have purchased My outdoor cardio and weight lifting routines are complete with this product.
