This unicycle is extremely well built! As I am pretty mechanically inclined, I put it together myself. The only problem was a slight one. Even though I put it together correctly, it can't really be proven to have been my fault in assembly and that a manufacturing defect caused it (even though I did As soon as Jennifer from Niagara and Gary from Sun were contacted, they responded fairly quickly. In the end, they made it right even though they would argue that my fault was in botching the assembly of the unicycle. When you get the box, you will see that it states the unicycle will be shipped to you assembled. The warranty notes this as well. The importance of this cannot be overstated. I would have found it much easier to have it assembled at a Sun dealership, even though Gary and Jennifer were quite pleasant to work with. The cost of that will be your responsibility. It is impressive value for the price even if you take into account the cost of assembly to preserve the warranty. Do business with Niagara Cycle if you're looking to get the job done right. All in all, it was a pleasure to do business with them and I will be ordering again soon!.
