If you spend $12 on an item, you'd expect it to be of some quality. Even if the product costs perhaps a penny and is worth a dollar, it would be ideal for the manufacturer to establish a high reputation for There is no such thing as A Niterider mini 750 light was attached to four bicycles with adapters - there are four. There is no match for any of them. It was impossible to slide the shoe into the Niterider rail because it was too tight. Additionally, it is too long to allow the locking tabs to catch in the light's notches. It was fortunate that I have a Dremel tool at my disposal, and I was able to shave down the width and front of the box to get it to fit perfectly. It appeared that my four samples had manufacturing tolerances that were way out of whack. They look sturdy enough on the bike, but we'll have to test them. You may find a better deal than I did if you plan to buy this adaptor. being said, make sure to have a Dremel tool or a few pieces of sandpaper on hand!.
My second order of this product comes after it was supposed to arrive the first time around and did not arrive. In this case, I purchased a product but did not receive it. Even so, I reluctantly placed another order for this. That was the right decision for me! It's awesome that this Lumina mount works with GoPro cameras. It seems to be extremely secure to me. In some other reviews, the light was said to have fallen My gut feeling is that it was user error on the part of their team. Sometimes, it is easy to think that the Lumina light is installed fully only to find that it has not yet been "clicked" into the locking tab. is a little difficult to get the tab to engage and the light to fully lock. The light can be removed, but once it is fully locked in, the light can no longer be removed. This is my second purchase of this item, and I am happy with it. I would appreciate, if Amazon or the Vendor are reading this, you sending me the original mount that I purchased and never received after writing Review your product for free and receive a 5 star rating. Additionally, I recommended this product to several of my friends who are also fans of.
It's insanely expensive for what it is. I give this product 4 stars because I have found that it fits well on my Lumina Micro 900, requires some force to slide into place, but nothing excessive, and it does not move during use. *For the price, this is a 0 star rating. The locking tab does its job, although it seems weaker (softer) than OEM, so it might not remain effective for long. It is borderline criminal to charge $11 for a piece of plastic that is worth just a few cents. Yet there is only one method by which you can use your existing GoPro mounts with a Lumina light. There's just one thing left to hope that NiteRider will decide to include a GoPro adapter with their lights, or at least make it an optional add-on. $2-$3 should be a reasonable price. It seems reasonable to set the number at 3.
It is the same mount that is used by three different types of Nightrider headlights. As for the lights themselves, they have not fallen, which is more than I can say for the mounts that came with them. There is one challenge, the light is mounted upside down, which means that the on/off switch has to be mounted upside down. In this case, only the battery indication can be seen It is important for the user to ensure that the battery indication light is on when turning it on to ensure that the battery is charged properly and is not left in the dark.
Despite the complexity of the product, installation was fairly straightforward. You must make sure the computer mount came with an attachment screw since it does not come with it. With my Wahoo Bolt and Niterider Lumina 850 flashlight, it worked perfectly. There was, however, a snap in the tab that led to detaching the light. Hopefully I will be sending back the defective one after I receive the new one. would like to see what my ride buddy has to say, but I was advised to get a more expensive attachment because of the concerns about tabs and how much we already invested in computers and light.
The only issue I have with it is that it seems to fit a little tight into the light the first time I use it, but this is quickly rectified with a file or repeated use. As soon as I repeatedly slid it in and out for about 10 seconds, it appeared to work. The system has held up well to all the bumps and rattles of the trail so far, which is why I use it for mountain biking at night. This mount does not shift around and stays in position throughout my ride, so it is a good choice if you're looking for a way to mount a NiteRider light to your.
I use this on my bicycle so I can use the same mount for my Garmin and NiteRider Light. This is the way to go Perfect fit between the pro mount and the camera. As of now, everything has been fine with the light attached, there have been no incidents of the light coming Even though it is a little hard to lock in the light, I find it to be a security feature.
In order to avoid having to use a strap mount on my light, I bought this kit to mount one of my NiteRider Lumina 1100 lights to a Bell Super Air helmet, which has its own mounting method for GoPro cameras. This is a nice pair of adapters for hooking up to the Go-Pro So far, the lights are proving to be sturdy and durable since they are mounted to the Pro style mounts.
