I'm a lot bigger than you and I'm in their medium size.
They aren't subzero, but they keep you warm when the temperature is between 32 and 45 degrees. I'll wear sweatpants over them on occasion, but it all depends on how long I'm going to be out running.

I'm training for a half marathon and needed a pair of leggings that wouldn't set me back $100. I'm 5'2" and 110 pounds, so finding leggings that fit properly is difficult for me. I don't like it when they're too long, too loose around the ankles, or too bunched up at the bottom. The XS was the perfect size for me. The material is excellent, and I found it to be very comfortable to run in yesterday's 42°F weather. I would buy another pair because the high waist isn't too tight and provides good support.
They're toasty inside! So far, I've found myself wishing I'd worn less insulated pants. However, in the dead of winter, I am looking forward to them. I ordered an XL because I expected them to be a little small. They don't come in small sizes. I ordered a second pair in a large size and they fit perfectly (I'm a size 12-). 14 (regular pant size).
I really like how these look; I wish I could give them a higher rating, but I'm not sure they're worth the money. all . br>They fit well and the silky material is nice, but the white writings and pattern began to peel off after only a few wears. I have no idea what will happen after a wash, but I don't think it will be pleasant. br>I'm guessing it'll start peeling off after a while, just like the majority of these glued-on patterns. br>br>Overall, I like the look of these pants, but don't expect them to last very long if you try to exercise in them.
I'm 5'6" and 120 pounds, and I ordered a small, which is a little long and bunches up at the ankles (though I have short legs and a long torso). The blue adds a nice pop of color, and they appear to be built to last. For a cold Boston winter, these will undoubtedly be one of my go-to workout leggings!.
There was also a peculiar odor. But I wore them for a run in the 30s and was glad I did because they are warm! I'm 5'2" and 150 pounds, and the length was perfect for me. I ordered Large, but I think I could have gotten away with Medium. My purchase was a great success.
These are fantastic. I like the design on the front and back of these because they are soft, stretchy, and have a generous waist band. Although they are thermal, they should not be worn below 30 degrees. Even 30 degrees with strong winds might be too cold for these, but they're perfect for mildly chilly runs. I'm 5'6" and weigh 118 pounds, and the small fits me perfectly.
My daughter is a soccer goalkeeper, so she doesn't always break a sweat even on cold days. These kept her legs toasty warm while remaining flexible enough to avoid bunching up under knee pads. That's fantastic!.
The leggings have a super cute and stylish design. However, as far as "cold gear" leggings go, they don't keep you very warm. It's good for 50°F, and it'll keep your body warm at 40°F or so if you do some extra cardio, but I didn't think it kept the cold at bay when I went for a walk or hike in the 30s or 40s.
