Using the reviews to guide me, I ordered a medium, which I am 5'4 and 120 pounds. There is none to be found. The waistband sits so high and tight that it is uncomfortable. I can roll the shirts down to my hips if I so choose, but then I have a big chuck of material hanging from the top. The size was just a bit too small for me.
The shorts I got fit true to size. If you are a medium in other active wear, then you should be able to get a medium in these shorts. My regular size is 4 as I'm normally a size 4 An integer of 6 would be a small integer. The number 8 would be a medium, the number 10 a high There are 12 large letters. You are in good hands. I hope they will be comfortable for you
The picture will show you what the padding looks like as you scroll through it. You must compare it with the picture in the description of the four padding thicknesses to determine the padding thickness (which is indicated by its color)
The shorts don't measure out to be 12 or XL but I wear a size 12 and ordered the XL and they fit.

As for 5, however I am 5'1"/135 pounds and I am 185lbs Listed below are my findings and the reasons behind them! In the first place For the first time, I own a pair of "real" bike shorts with padding, and I I'm fine when riding without shorts most of the time, but when I'm working on hills or riding single track, they're a must! That's all there is to it. As for the padding, you can use People likened themselves to diapers when they were playing. My experience isn't the same as yours. A small amount of noise was heard. Once that is said, let me continue. My guess is it depends on what you built. The build of my frame may be a bit "athletic," but I'm only 5'5" and 135 lbs. The straight line from my bust to hips means I am not super curvy in the waist, and I have a fairly flat rear. I'm in excellent physical condition, but I've lost a few pounds of my natural padding over the years. I repeat myself A pair of padded shorts is a great help. It is the best pair ever, and I am now buying another one. Yes, that's fine. I'd like to talk about the whole issue of size now. With the chart and the wide variation of sizing reviews, I had an extremely difficult time determining sizing. Unlike most people, I'm petite, fit, and compact, so my typical pant size is a 6, small, but it varies based on the style and the manufacturer. The following is the result of MUCH reading, rereading, and thinking Having chosen reading as the medium, I went with that. I found the medium shorts to be okay. They're not tight, but also not loose in any way. As far as fit goes, there was no slippage or bunching, and they felt comfortable throughout the ride. I think I could have gotten away with a small if I wanted more compression, however, I'm sticking with my choice of medium for this second pair. As my body size changes over the course of a month, I don't want these to pinch or bind me. Remember to read the reviews carefully, but also take into consideration how you fit and your size preferences. Clothing that is too tight is not my cup of tea. It is very uncomfortable for me to wear anything! I love it! With a 5'5" frame, a fit/athletic build (I do yoga 1 daily), and a compact body I would be considered petite. Train twice a week, ride three times per week Distance from 7 to 2 miles I workout 3x a week, walk around 2 miles a week, I am 50 years old (so there is a natural gravitational effect! ), I am of normal build with moderate hips/rear, and I exercise 3 times a week. The first pair I got was a Medium, and I'm getting a second pair in that.
So I passed on them as they were $80 and seemed to be "ok" in terms of comfort. My boyfriend (advid mtb-5) chose to do so. The friend who told me to look online because it will be my first time riding a bike. This is what I found fast forward. A large was the size I tried on in the store (in the I brand). My eyes filled with tears as I read reviews of these, some saying they are very It was said to fit well by others. My size was too small so I took a chance and ordered the next size up. It is large. In addition to being 5'5 and 155 pounds, I am also 5'10 tall. As a girl with a 34" waist and larger thighs (the thing every girl hates), these shorts are great! I like the way they fit. It is just snug enough to stay on and slimming enough to wear under leggings (pictured), but not so tight as to cut off my thighs' circulation OR roll up due to my thighs being bigger than my waist. However, I haven't used them on a bike yet), and again, they don't look obvious when worn with yoga pants or leggings.
This short is great for me since I weigh 235 pounds. The shorts extend over my waist and remain in place throughout the day the legs are also barely visible underneath A decent amount of I find it very comfortable since it feels less like a diaper but has enough to keep me happy. There are a few things I recommend.
It was a long distance and hills that made me need a bit of padding and comfort. Rather than stick with my usual size Small, I sized up to a size Medium following the advice of other reviewers. The weight I weigh is 125 lbs and I am 5'4". In shorts or jeans, I wear a size 4. It is important to wear a pair of cycling shorts that are It defeats the purpose of the foam padding if you size up like I did. Having padding that's too big can cause your padding not to be positioned properly. That's too bad! had a good time on my ride, but I will stick to my normal size from now on.
The bike's upright seating position and upright handlebar make it a good choice for beginners. Shorts with extra padding on the rear end are better for those who sit upright because the padding is located at the rear. In this case, the padding was much lighter in the middle and at the front, and these pants weren't perfect for series bikers or those who had drop-down handlebars or tend to lean forward.
The size 12 on my sizing chart is 5'9". It's a good fit for me in the xl. I find the bottoms to be a little snug. In any event, they keep their position and do not surge forward when they are There is thick padding on the chair. My next purchase will probably be a different color. The cushion is perfect for long rides. The price is reasonable and the quality is good.
originally hesitated to buy bike shorts because I thought they are uncomfortable and would make me feel awkward. However, I was experiencing pain in my nether regions after even a short bike ride, which led me to finally buy bike shorts. It was only other reviews that led me to choose this brand. The majority of my unwanted weight is located in the area of my tummy. I am approximately 5'10" and 170 pounds. The size chart and input from others led me to order an xlarge. My size was perfect, I possibly could have gotten away with a large, as they do stretch a little, but I prefer a looser fit instead of too tight. There is some acclimatization to be done with the padding, but that's not surprising. It's important to note that the padding and shorts have made a noticeable difference to my comfort during and after cycling. I went on a 15 mile bike ride yesterday and had no discomfort anywhere, which is wonderful. I now feel confident that I can ride farther without having to worry about any pain. In addition, the product was packaged in a very nice manner. br>The only small complaint I have, and which others might have shared, is that the band around the legs can be a little Though, that is something easy to fix, so it doesn't bother me at all. It would not be a problem for me to purchase another pair of shorts or a similar product from this company in the future.
