I have amended. This is not a good idea. We have a problem with the water bags not being able to hold 200 mL of water. If you want to wear it with the vest, you can, but it won't fit. Suddenly, you could fill your glass up to a 100 mL capacity. Regardless of how you manage to get the ice bags upright you're going to find that the bag edges will tear the vest. One section of the vest already came apart because no matter how hard I tried to squeeze in the ice bag it won't Because after you returned the product, you had to return it, that is why there should be detailed instructions and warnings, because after you returned it, you had.

The cooling packs do not work, they perform similarly to regular freezer packs you can buy for muscle strains or for inflammation when used for muscle strains and melt very quickly! The cooling packs don't last as long as they claimed. You don't stay cool with that!.

I do not find this useful at all, because the ice packs fall out and the sides open and close automatically. With all the little ice packs, it felt bulky and was a pain in the b***. My recommendation is not to do so.
