The fabric is Ripstop Polyester, I believe. There is no fleece or nylon in this. This one, however, is very quiet and soft.

How does water resistance compare to water proof?

It is resistant. This jacket has a reinforced outer shell to protect it from harsh conditions and a water-resistant coating to protect the inner garment from moisture penetration.

Can you tell me how many pockets this vest has?

There are five in all. Two on the inside of the vest for your hands, one on each side for your hands, one with a zipper on the chest, and one on each side for your hands.

Light vest, nice pattern and color

It seemed to be a little thinner than expected, but not too thick. I'd love to wear this during a cool spell. Despite being thin, the vest is dense and shines much too much for my liking, but not enough to make me complain.

These vests and matching hoodies are both really nice. This hoodie is a bit oversized, which is great since it will probably shrink a little when it's It is snug to wear the same size vest over a hoodie. I'm going to return the vest and get the next size up. I like the quality of the vest.

Blocks the wind well The heft of the bag would have been nice

During my Montana antelope hunt, I chose this garment because I do not like having too many sleeves when This windbreaker blocked the wind well and has a nice fabric, but I wish the weight were a bit heavier.

Despite the fact that this vest is true to size, it is Sportmen's Warehouse had it on display, and I tried I bought it on Amazon since it was cheaper and I was in love with it. Camo vest I got is among the best I've ever had.
