The size of this shirt is generous. My son usually wears a large, but this one was far too big for him. I gave this to my husband, who usually wears an xlarge, and it fits him perfectly. He stands at 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. It's a good-looking shirt that doesn't shrink.
No, I am extremely pleased with this thermos shirt; it is extremely warm and comfortable.

So far, out of three brands I've tried, the fit is the best. I tried one called fruit of the loom, but it was too small and thin for me. The Walden Henley is a perfect fit for me; the sleeves are long enough to cover my entire arm even when stretched straight out, and the snug cuffs prevent the sleeves from riding up. The length of the shirt tail, on the other hand, makes me happy. When moving around and bending over, it's long enough to keep tucked in. The fabric's weight is just right for keeping me warm. It's a lot thicker than FOTL. This is my first Henley shirt, and I love the way it feels, fits, and looks. I'm 63 years old and suffer from a condition known as turkey-fever. Henley necks are large enough not to bind into my loose neck flab, which is also a family trait. Overall, it's the most comfortable long-sleeve thermal shirt I've found. The Bison color was the least expensive of the Amazon color options, so I went with it. PS. I ordered a second shirt a week after receiving the first. I'm 6'3" tall, with long arms, broad shoulders, and a slim waist, and this shirt fits me well, which is unusual for me. When my arms are at my waist, the cuffs bunch up a little, but in a Jesus pose, the shirt fits perfectly. I ordered an XL and will be ordering more. I needed a replacement for my Carhartt K200 series, which is no longer manufactured. Which is a complete pity. And overpriced, lightweight toilet tissue serves as a substitute for the Carhartt K200. I own a brown Carhartt 100566 206 and a navy Carhartt 100566 418, both of which are terrible. br>The Wolverine has a looser waffle pattern than the old Carhartt, but there appears to be enough fabric to consider it a good, medium-weight work shirt; I held one in each hand and they appear to be equal-weight. ish in weight br>The LL Bean Henleys are $55 each and are superior in weight and quality. At this price point, the Wolverine appears to be a close match for older Carhartts, far superior to current Carhartts, and a competitor with some of the highest-end products available. br>I gave it four stars because there were no colors in my size, but I'm not unhappy otherwise.
It's a nice shirt with a nice color and feel to it. I placed an order for a size XL. In a t-shirt, I'm in the middle of a Large and an XL. The torso is nice and long, so unless you're quite tall, it won't ride up. For people with longer arms, add an inch or two of material to the arm length. br>br>My advice is to go down a size if you like a super tight fit for layering or if you want to show off your lean, toned muscles. If you want to wear a flannel shirt or a loose t-shirt, this is the outfit for you. Shirt over this, then order your regular size (American size). It will be a little loose, but that's probably better if you're working in the shirt rather than just posing. br>br>I'm guessing this shirt will shrink a little if you put it in the dryer a few times. I wouldn't expect too much shrinkage, but I would expect a small amount. This is perfect for me because I don't mind a slightly loose shirt. br>br>Price is reasonable. It's something I'd buy again if the opportunity arose.
I'm 5'10" and 135 pounds, and I bought this in a Medium for a casual warm winter layer. It's ideal: thick enough to keep you warm without being too hot, and the sleeves are just the right length. I'd like one in each of the available colors. When compared to comparable women's shirts, the quality isn't nearly as good.
My husband is 5'10" tall, 220 lbs, with muscular arms and a bit of a stomach, so I bought the blue in extra large for him. The fit was ideal: it was wide enough in the shoulders and arms but not too tight in the stomach. The color is exactly as it appears in the photo, and the fabric is of a good heavy weight. He felt at ease in it, both with and without a short-sleeved tee underneath. It's also not short; unless you're over 6'4", it'll be long enough for you if you're taller than 5'10".
This was purchased for my husband, who works in the construction industry and is occasionally outside. Because he needs to layer his clothes, he wears a lot of thermals and henleys. This one was on sale, so I thought I'd give it a shot. He adores it and will not wear it to work for fear of ruining it. It's supple while also being tough. It hasn't shrunk, and there aren't any tears or loose threads like we've seen in other thermal henleys. It fits perfectly and is a good length. He's 6 feet tall, and the XL fit him perfectly. For over 40 years, I've been wearing Henley shirts. I work in the woods and prefer to wear a long-sleeve Henley under a wool shirt; over the years, I've purchased a variety of Henleys from LL Bean, Cabela's, and Carhartt. By no means am I claiming that this Wolverine Henley is of higher quality than the major brands mentioned, but it is, in my opinion, the clear winner due to the significantly lower price and superior quality. It has a medium thickness to it, and the two colors I purchased (bison and elk) are both medium. navy) were identical to the ad's description. In both shirts, the sizing is a little large, but I expect it to shrink a little after a few washes and dryings. The cuffs are elasticized to keep them in place, which is a critical safety feature in my line of work. My only criticism is that they are made in Pakistan rather than the United States. Overall, this is a great shirt that I would buy again.
I've been purchasing Henleys from various brands and trying them on, and this is my favorite. This brown is much darker in real life than it appears on the screen, in my opinion. In any case, it's a simple pair of jeans to put on. br>br>Sleeves are always a little long on me, regardless of size, but the wolverine henley has enough cuff strength that they don't fall down over my hands (not sure if this description is helpful - It's possible that this is a one-of-a-kind issue for me.
