NRS Men's H2Core Silkweight Hoodie

When I was floating down the Grand Canyon, I had this and other shirt options, but I preferred this one to the others. When the sun was not shining in the morning and evening, I switched to a short-sleeved shirt, as the long-sleeved shirt was too hot. The sleeve is a touch warmer. When the sun shone brightly, however, I preferred more protection. We were always in the water or purposefully getting our clothes wet to stay cool and avoid overheating because it was so hot. I'm not sure if I was smelling myself or others, but after a few days, it smelled like shoes or worn socks.

This hoodie has been worn by my son for all of his outdoor activities. It's a great way to protect yourself from the sun without getting too hot, and it's also a great way to add coverage to a cool layer without adding bulk. He's used it for rock climbing, hiking, and backcountry adventures. I really like the olive color and design. The olive is forgiving, and even after a lot of use in filthy conditions, it still looks great.
