These are really nice and I'm glad Amazon supports lower end brands. I was skeptical about these because of the price and how Amazon supports low end brands. My height is 5'9" and my weight is 160 lbs, so I got a medium so I can I immediately put them over my jeans and thought they were a little tight but came to realize they were perfect. I filled the sink up and stuck my knee in with water running over it for 5 minutes and my jeans stayed dry. They are very good quality as some of my expensive hiking pants. Thus far, I am happy with the result, though I may upgrade after I go.

The snow will be great with this. It should definitely be worn with thermals underneath. There are no insulated pockets on this jacket, so putting anything in them isn't very comfortable. Considering the price, they are a good value because they do exactly what they're meant to, and they look excellent to boot.

As expected, it fits perfectly. During the winter months, these will be the only pants I wear outside. The fit is good, and the comfort is excellent. The large is perfect. Warm, but I recommend a layer beneath if the temperature is below 40°. These seem to be holding up well under heavy use, and though I wouldn't call them waterproof, they certainly are water resistant.
