Having just started to ride a road bike, I did a lot of research before settling on these sunglasses. I consider myself an amateur at this, so my research may not be as thorough as that of a seasoned pro. Here are the things I like about these sunglasses as a cyclist. The first thing we noticed about these glasses is the lack of a crossbar This makes it easy to look up in a crouch when there's no bar at the top, and it's immensely helpful while trying to see the entire screen. A guide to the one-pager Great coverage of the face can be achieved with the two pieces of the lens. These sunglasses have an adjustable nose pad as well, which makes them even better. Though I am not sure why, the Mystic Green sunglasses are heavily discounted on Amazon, even though they sell for full price on Smith's website. At first, I was worried about how the green shade would look, but in the end, I think they are quite nice. This is especially true since these sunglasses do not have frames So if you are concerned about the green color, it is fairly minimal (only around the sides and by the bridge of the nose. My overall impression is that I made a great choice for a high-quality, affordable pair of sunglasses.
I took extremely good care of this product. Its always on its side, it never fell, it was never damaged. In spite of this, the lens broke precisely at the right leg location. There were many little pieces falling out of it, leaving it practically disintegrated. This article is no longer relevant. The one I received (maybe a lemon) did not seem to be durable, long lasting, or quality like I expected. So I'll say that while they were great while they lasted, they did not meet my expectations.
The perfect partner for a cool rainy day or a hot sweaty day.
Lenses easily swapped out on Smith glasses of high quality.
I am very satisfied with this product, it's a very nice pair of glasses.
This is an excellent pair of sunglasses to use while However, if you have long eyelashes like me, it may be uncomfortable as the lens gets close to your eyes. Even with the nose piece adjusted, there is still some contact between the lens and your eyelashes. If you have fat cheeks, the lenses may rub against your skin. The rest of the time they work pretty well. During my flight I reached over 30mph and no wind discomfort was felt when wearing the filters. However, if you wear a face mask they may fog up for less than My review will be updated after I wear them for a couple more rides.
