Questions & Answers
These linelocks are small (about the size of a penny) and only work with guy lines ranging from 1mm to 3mm in diameter. The paracord used in this project is far too thick. Other options, such as the NIte Ize 9, have thicker cords and are more secure.

The kernmantle (core with braid sheath) line has a reflective strand in what appears to be an 8 or 12 strand weave sheath with a shaky core. The reflective strand didn't hold up to being slid through a sheppards hook stake for the third time, and as I strung it up for the fourth time (expecting rain), I noticed that one of the six sheaths I divided the 65' into had given up and was half sheared. I'm hoping it lasts for the rest of the session; otherwise, I'll have to re-enter. Use the large linelocks and black 4mm kernmantle that came with this setup. After this session, this line will be repurposed to highlight stake locations, and a new line (paracord planet) will be used in its place, with the linelocks provided. Here's where I found a 10 pack of these small linelocks for a cheaper price:

I purchased this to use as a tent guyline as well as a lightweight bear hang, which it performed admirably. It is very lightweight and reflective, making it easier to see at night. I had trouble getting the ends of the line through the tensioners because the holes were too small.
This worked perfectly; I went camping in Joshua Tree this past weekend and my tent didn't have the loops to stake it to the ground, so I needed guy lines; these are very simple to use and work well; I had no issues with the strength of the plastic or the cord; and the illustration they provided in the picture was an excellent example of how to use this.
The cleats were too small for me, so I had to send them back to Amazon.
These are being used as pull cords on my tent and tarp fly. They don't sway in the slightest.

Guyline is of poor quality and is prone to fraying.
The line locks were too large for the line. will use a line with a smaller diameter next time.
