Selected User Reviews For Sterling 7mm Accessory Cord
It was blue and black when it first arrived. The quality of the product was excellent.
It had a nylon core and a nylon sheath, according to the packaging.
I divided it into two sections of 20 feet each and one section of 10 feet each. br>br>I make quad anchors out of 20-foot sections for top-roping or multipitching. br>br>The auxiliary 10 ft is most likely going to be a PAS. br>br>It's probably overkill for the purpose, but when I'm straight hanging off a rock, I like having a thick 7mm cord in front of me.
It's already been used to secure a quad anchor during a top roping session. There are no problems, and the rope is simple to use. If I ever need more, I'll buy it again.
The color isn't what it appears to be.
Much better than the Sterling FLEX 8 mm cord, which is neither flexible nor soft. It resembles foil in appearance.
3kNbr>br>When I contacted the seller, they informed me that Sterling had reduced all accessory cord ratings and that I had received the correct product. br>br>The correct product would have been 17kN.
In line with expectations.
