My daughter's 8th birthday. I got it for her. Large and bulky, it is not a good choice for a backpack. Upon returning it, I asked for a refund.
Plastic is almost the only material they use. All the rest of the rings are plastic except for three metal ones!
This is not the case, according to me. You would run the risk of the child slipping out

This is the perfect gift for my boys, ages 6 and 7. Other reviews mention that it is too bulky or heavy, but I do not have a clue what they mean. A climbing harness is what it is. Carabiners are perfect for connecting the center rings, or you can use a quick line to wrap around the rings and then carabiner to attach them. This product is good for climbing and the rings in the center act as safety rings. This is great for young children. Both of these are used by me both for climbing, as well as for hunting when I'm in a stand with them. Back rings are perfect for increasing movement in a stand, but also providing security since they are attached to either the tree, or the stand, and are therefore not going to fall 20 feet to the forest floor if they slip.
Most 6 and 8 year olds will find this to fit It is heavy and bulky, but the kids' options on that changed when looking down from 20' while attached to a lifeline. We tested them out by having the kids "fall" from the ground left to hang in the air from there - and they felt much more comfortable. By making the experience fun and real, they became more confident with It is ok for me to make the choice between price and comfort since they won't use them often.
The harness is a tad big but I was expecting it to be. I purchased it for my 4yr old to use on the zipline in our backyard. He says that it does what it is supposed to do, and that he finds it.
It is It can be adjusted to fit children of different ages and sizes. This product is used on children ranging in age from 14 to five. Very tall kids may have difficulty fitting in, but it still works for most kids.
I have taken up rock climbing with my five-year-old son, who A harness that could be used for indoor and outdoor climbing was what I was looking for. So far, I am happy with the experience. The cart is heavier than I expected it to be, but thankfully it is very safe and my son has never complained about its weight. In case of an emergency, there is a ring on the back of the harness. At the climbing gym, the instructor said that it was one of the best harnesses they've seen for children. My son should also be able to wear it for a few years, so I'm glad I found this.
My child will be too large and uncomfortable wearing this harness. The straps are wide and too thick. It is also too heavy, so.
My 5 year old is quite tall and large, so this fits him A little over 55lbs and 45" tall, she is probably about 55". I am using it for ziplining. It is of much higher quality than I expected. My average 4 year olds would also have been fine with this.
Children will be frustrated by this clunky app. As a matter of fact, it was even too big for a 5-year-old.
