Yes, it has a great light harness, and it comes with a lineman's rope, tree strap, and suspension relief strap.
It's up to you to fill in the blanks. A suspension relief strap is included, but I am not sure it is sufficient to act as a lineman's
I have a waist size of 36" and weigh 235 pounds. The room is spacious enough to accommodate everyone. I'm not sure what the manufacturer has rated as the maximum waist size.
Congratulation, it is an excellent harness! I'm 5'10" and 160 pounds, it adjusted well for me, I'm sure you won't have a problem.

I really wanted to love this harness because all the money I have invested into Sitka gear in the elevated II pattern really warrants it. This harness is almost a safety hazard for a guy who built scaffolds to pay his way through school. It does not have enough adjustment space (it does not have a buckle in the back). The height of me is 5'9" At six feet and eight inches, I have about eight inches of slack at the tips of my shoulders with this strapped down fully. A lot of scaffold builders have lost their boys because of it) Maybe this will work if you are taller than 6', but if not, I would keep looking for one that suits you more. The pads that go on the leg straps were not included, so fingers crossed they'll adjust them or make another smaller size. I also hope the thigh pads are added. LOL Oh my gosh, what an icing on the cake.
Right below the right kidney area is the location of the safety strap at the back of the harness. As soon as you sit on a tree stand or climber it digs in and feels extremely awkward, like holding a George Kastanza wallet in your hand. It is such a light, easy-to-use camera that I would not buy it again, but it does mimic the Tikka camo pattern, is light weight, easy to use, and has a cool bino feature. The spandex pouch that carries the safety strap/pull-up strap wears out over time, and then it will fall out while you're hiking through the woods, so you'll have to just give up on it. During the 2007-2008 season, this harness lasted me through Kansas and Georgia, and I believe I will purchase another.
My review for Muddy is a bit harsh, as any other product I have purchased from them has been excellent, but this harness had so much potential, but fell far short of reality. According to the sizing, one size fits most, but unless you are 6'4 250 lbs, there's no way that harness will fit. Furthermore, this is advertised as an Ambush Harness, but I did not find it to have the padded leg straps like the picture or the harness I am Due to the pattern, which is a match for Muddy and Sitka, this harness is a big miss.
My height is 5' 10" and I am 190 pounds, so this harness is too tall. I could adjust the waist (32") and legs quite easily, but the torso length is not so easy to modify. The result is that the shoulder straps have about 3" of slack when they are fitted.
There is also the problem of the product being rather In the event that I return this harness, I will be looking for a lighter option.
As a consequence, this harness isn't the lightest on the market, but it's very comfortable with padded areas where necessary. In addition to my sit-ups, I use this to back them up Saddle used for pulling a load. Making its own bridge enabled me to use its own linemen's loops. With its unique color and numerous features, it is sure to attract attention.
My height is 5' 7", so I suspect I'm on the short side. However, this harness left me feeling a bit short When fully tightened, there will be about six inches of extra room in the torso. would use this harness if I actually needed to suspend myself. It appears to be well built and is well suited for the job, but I would be worried about what would happen if I needed to suspend myself. I am unfortunately not included in the "one size fits all" category.
I wear this over all of my gear and layers and it is very comfortable. I like the pattern and how easy it is to put on and take off. The item is lightweight and can fit easily into a backpack when not in use.
When I fell out of a tree last year, I broke my leg for nine months and was in a lot of pain. With this harness, it seems as if the quality is excellent.
