This ladder is capable of supporting up to 300kg of weight and will not break. br>Please keep in mind that the second loop from the top (the very stiff one) is used to keep the ladder open, not to step on. And this isn't a PPE device. It can only support body weight and is not designed to withstand a fall.

These are for use with my tree climbing steps that I purchased. I was previously using a single looped aider and found it very difficult to get my size 14 boot into it by turning it sideways. Reaching down beneath my feet to unhook the aider and bring it up to the next level was also very uncomfortable. br>br>As a result, I ordered three of these and permanently attached them to my tree climbing steps. They're extremely light but strong, and they're a lot more comfortable to use than the looped aid. The only disadvantage is that there is more material to tangle with.
Extremely harmful weak. This product is not to be trusted.
Due to a delay in receiving the order, I had to cancel it and reorder it. When I tried to use it, I discovered that it was not made to fit a larger foot. I intended to use it as a climbing aid for hunting in the trees. Because the top piece isn't stitched in place, it slides around, preventing the step from opening. With a few zip ties, it's simple to fix. Steps do not stay open long enough to accommodate a larger foot. To fix the problem, I used 1/2-inch pvc pipe that was as wide as the steps. The steps are also not evenly spaced, with the bottom steps being too close to the tree, making it difficult to maintain a stable foothold. If you have a small foot, this might be a good option for rock climbing.
This aid arrived on time, and it works perfectly with my first climbing stick. The step loops aren't as rigid as I'd like, but that was easily fixed by wrapping foam pipe insulation around each step and wrapping it with heavy duty duct tape. My size 14 hunting boots are now much more comfortable on every step. When I climb on this aider, it feels very solid. It's small and light, and it rolls up into a small roll that fits easily into my hunting pack. Others who want to add an aid to their climbing sticks should consider this.
When you put your weight on each step, this style aid becomes very narrow, making it difficult to get your feet in or out.
However, it is flimsy and not very strong. After stepping into the first rung, it was difficult to get your boot into the next one because it would stretch and become smaller.
It was a complete waste of both time and money. It gets a - from me. If I could, I'd give a million,000,000 stars. This is a project that I would never buy again. It would be almost dangerous to use if it were usable, but it isn't.
