This set of 12 is very light and versatile, and I haven't found many situations where I wish I had my wallnuts or BD stoppers instead.
These guys are a life saver and a great addition to your passive pro set! They look great in all kinds of places, but they really stand out in flared cracks. When placed in rough rock, the dimple on the side is extremely useful, as it makes them more stable. br>br>Place one of these nuts on the table and you'll see how great they are.
Add these to your rack for a nice addition to your toolbox and overall puzzle solving skills. For the love of God, double-check those knots.
Extremely light weight. As my standard passive rack, I bring these along with a set of Peenuts and a full set of BD stoppers. When I add single cams to the mix, I'm able to get up almost anything. Even the tiniest of these can withstand a typical fall, which is incredible considering how light they are.
Strongly suggested.
I ordered these as a bonus before going to Red Rock to climb Solar Slab, and I'm glad I brought them with me. Their placements give me more confidence. Because I mostly climb in the southeast, where cracks are rarely smooth sided or parallel, these appear to sit a little deeper and fill some nice slots.
I really like the quality, especially the anodizing and color.
I now . They are more versatile than BD stoppers and can be used in a variety of situations. These offsets and a few stoppers on the small end are all I have now. I haven't put them up against the new BD offset stoppers yet.
