It depends on your waist size, I have a 32 inch waist and it fits great (large).

The size of my waist is 34, and I have the chest size of 42. I love the way it works. My waist size is 34, so the large is plenty big for me. My size should have been a Medium after all. Since the strap wraps all the way around me to my back, I could easily wear this even up to a waist size 36 or 38. As well as 38, it is probably okay to use 39. I just wanted to let you know. I still think this is a great product.
