It would probably depend on what you feel comfortable with. Having lived in a bedroom for 65 years, my wife is from the North, and when we slept in a bedroom in 1965, we primarily stayed in our As it was 70 degrees, I used the sleeping bag and wore a blanket over it to stay warm, while she had a couple thin blankets piled on top of her.
In short, yes. As if it were a blanket, the sleeping bag opens up all the way and lays flat.

Since I was a young girl, I slept in many different kinds of sleeping bags There are a lot of Colemans with fleece linings. It was great to meet them. I bought this bag on Amazon a year ago for $40 and have used it three times while camping in the forests of the Pacific Northwest. Only complaint is that the "tricot knit lining" acts like Velcro when it comes into contact with many plants, such as moss, ferns, and lichen. When this happens, these elements easily come loose from your clothing and get embedded in the As a result, you have literally hundreds of embedded pieces of scratchy debris that is not comfortable to sleep against. What further compounds this issue is having to remove every piece of plant material, one by one, and most often the pieces of plant material have to be plucked multiple times. If I sleep in a bag that contains a box of crackers that my 9 year old consumes, I will be perfectly happy. In the end, I spent an hour and a half plucking and couldn't remove all of the fragments without ruining the lining. I tried putting it through the washing machine, but it had no effect on removing the scratchy debris. If the bag were not to be used in a forest setting, the design and comfort of this bag seem adequate. While I am not sure what the engineers were thinking when they used tricot knit lining, they certainly did not test it in the Pacific Northwest. The fact that Amazon has reduced the bag's price and sells it for only $20 may be related to the reason for the discount. No use to me at all.
Just get inside with underwear and you should be good to go. You should definitely get it when it's cold outside. I will share with you a tip our trekking guide gave us, and it completely transformed You can use this sleeping bag with your own body heat, so once you get into the tent, you can take off your clothes and warm up. It felt as if my feet would never be able to get out of my pajamas and two pairs of socks the very first night I got to the top of Mount Roraima. My underwear became too hot after he told us this the second time, so I slept with nothing on but my underwear, and I eventually had to remove the blanket because I felt it was getting too hot. found myself surprised at how cold it was outside when I was inside.
The only disadvantage is how big the backpack is, which made it hard to carry (after walking 8 to 11 hours a day every day, for three days up and two down). decided to take only the essentials, but it still added 2kg of discomfort. However, my trekking friends kept complaining about not getting good sleep because of the cold and I still don't regret taking it. Because it was too big and heavy, my guides told me to leave it in the camp, but I believe in comfort when it comes to weather, and I felt it was worth it for me.
It's a fantastic sleeping bag! After reading all the reviews about how soft it is, I was definitely All who tested it described it as feeling Please allow me to tell you something. There was no truth to that statement. People who have dry skin should avoid using this fabric! When my husband runs his hands across this, it sounds like nails on a chalkboard! It just catches! Don't fall for it, this is NOT a flannel shirt. In addition to that, I was constantly pulling out these little plastic pieces when I tested it They look like down feathers sticking out of plastic hairs, but they are actually plastic! Here is a picture I'll attach. The pain is unbearable.
This served me well for 30 days I tried it at 40°F and it did not Despite its newness, my bag still looked factory new. I had no trouble putting it on, and it was I like its rugged build and convenience in sleeping. It's also affordable, easy to zip for sleeping, and has an excellent zipper. The weight is good for its thermal capacity, it can be opened fully to be used as a comforter or extra bag to double its size.
I used it when camping near a lake because it kept me warm. I remained warm and comfortable even though the temperature dropped to low 40s. The bag is comfortable for me, since I am 5'7" and weigh 275 pounds.
I'm right there in your face! The sleeping bag fit back into the zipped up stuff sack after I got it out of the Would anyone else like to take on BTW, this is a decent product.
My sleeping bag, which I used for only one night, already has two areas where the seams are unsewn, which says to me that it is badly crafted. A hole emerged in the foot of the sleeping bag, so there is no way to roll it up and secure it. The collar of the sleeping bag has also been torn apart, so the zipper at the foot and the tie-down loop are not sewn in. To say the least, I'm very disappointed in the product and unhappy with the size.
