They quickly delivered a brand new bed to me. I also didn't have to bother with returning the old, leaking one. They were extremely apologetic, and after a year of replacement, they called to see how I was getting along with my new bed. Since the trail ride, I've used it a few times and it's worked out great for sleeping guests. There were no grievances. At the end of the month, I'll go on the same trail ride as before. I am confident that I will not experience the same difficulties as last year. I would recommend King Koil because of their excellent customer service, the extremely comfortable beds, and the fact that if you have a problem, you can contact them and they will promptly address your concerns. I believe that customer service is more important than the product, so give them a try if you're looking for a very comfortable air bed that's easy to climb in and out of. King Koil is one of the best products I've ever used. They treated me as if I were a roayal subject. br>br>I'm pretty sure this was the worst Amazon purchase I've ever made. I'm extremely disappointed. When I went on my over-night trail rides, I replaced a queen-size airbed in my tent. My queen size was great, but it took up too much space, so I was overjoyed when this arrived. I followed the directions to the letter, and I filled it in a professional manner. I did as they suggested and left it up for a couple of days to stretch it. They predicted that it would become a little soft, and that is exactly what happened. I did not lay on it at all; instead, I simply left it and deflated it before packing it away for my week-long trail ride and camping trip. I packed it in my car and couldn't wait to take it out of the bag and fill it up while in my tent. I used an extension cord and my inverter to get the job done. It had a lovely capacity. Because of previous experiences with airbeds in tents, I put a foam pad and a large and thick comforter underneath it. If you don't put something on top of the bed to insulate it from the cold ground, the air inside it will become extremely cold. I covered myself with a feather comforter and a queen-size fitted sheet. Until the morning, it was so relaxing. It had become extremely brittle. This isn't a problem; the instructions stated that it could happen. It was something I agreed to. As the week progressed, this bed became increasingly uncomfortable. I had to fill it twice, once during the day and again before bedtime, and it was still very soft the next morning. I wasn't sleeping at all, and the way it had me encapsulated had made me extremely stiff. I was stuffed into a bun like a sausage. The very last night of my ride, and the sixth night overall, was the absolute worst; I hadn't been able to sleep on this dreadful thing, and it was only getting worse. I was in desperate need of sleep (I was riding horses for 8 hours a day). I filled it up AGAIN just before going to bed. It was firm and supportive, as well as extremely comfortable. My feet were high in the air and my head was on the ground at 3 a. m. It had almost completely depleted its oxygen supply. I was sobbing, so I gathered all of my blankets and went to my SUV to see if I could sleep. No good; it was completely counter to why I was in a tent in the first place. It was extremely inconvenient, and I needed to be able to see and hear the horses all night. I returned to the tent and slept on top of the foam and comforters, pushing the completely deflated KING KOIL MATTRESS to the side. I was able to sleep for the first time in a long time. I'm completely fed up! I'd like my money back, and I'd like to never see this thing again. I researched the topic. This was supposed to be absolutely fantastic. Well, it's complete nonsense, and I'm going to contact the company right now. If I had the option, I would give it zero stars. I'm completely exhausted. My vacation/trail ride was ruined as a result of this.

It exceeded our expectations! My husband stands 6'3" tall and weighs around 260 pounds. I, too, am not a small individual. We were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was.

Due to a large leak, I had to replace this item at first. I contacted customer service, who promptly sent me a replacement. I've had it inflated on and off for about six months due to house construction, and my guests are blown away that it's an inflatable. I've had friends of all shapes and sizes participate in it, and they've all enjoyed themselves. I even had a friend sleep with her baby on it next to her and it was no problem at all; there was no sagging or feeling like the mattress was about to shift. Amazing. I'd buy it again if the opportunity arose.

Last night, I slept on it and was pleasantly surprised by the level of support and rest I received. Inflating and deflating the balloons was a breeze. The photo shows how the mattress pad and the King Koil Queen size inflatable mattress fit together. Now I have a bed in which my visitors can sleep comfortably and which is very easy to store and takes up almost no space.

It's a hit with the kids, and it's also very comfortable. We have a lot of visitors, and they'll love this air mattress. We have a large tent, so this will be great for travel and camping trips as well. The air mattress fits into the carrying bag with ease. This was a piece of cake for me because I had never used an air mattress with an auto-inflating mechanism before. It blew up quickly; King Koil is a great brand, and we've used their mattresses before; we have a five-bedroom house, so we'll order another and install it on a frame with a skirt. We were ecstatic because it was 99 cents less than the other name brands.

It helped my back tremendously. It was only necessary to add air every three weeks or so, and it was only a small amount to firm it up. That lasted until the 2nd of January of the following year. Last night, four times I had to add air. There is no evidence of an air leak. It's been fantastic up to this point. It was my fault for not bringing a proper mattress. Nothing has been moved, nothing is rubbing against anything, and the mattress has simply stopped holding air. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> I received my E-mail less than an hour after I sent it. I sent an email to the seller and received a response. Customer Service (Patrick) informed me that a replacement mattress would be sent to me. Excellent customer service; I'll keep you updated on the replacement. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> I first contacted Customer Service late Thursday night (Jan 3, 2019), and by Sunday, Jan 6, 2019, I had a replacement. They stand behind their product, so I gave it a FOUR-STAR rating. I'll update after seeing how the replacement holds up. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> Last night, March 16, 2019, while sleeping, I was startled awake by a large blast of air escaping from the mattress. See my photo for an example of a ripped seam. This mattress was only good for about three months. I'll wait to hear back from their customer service department before updating. br>Recent changes: Customer Service is sending a second replacement on March 16, 2019, and we will update again if it lasts. br>br>Update: The eleventh of May, 2019. This is a mattress you should not buy. In March of this year, I received my third replacement. Replacement will not hold air for more than 2 months! Customer service is excellent, but the product is worthless; do not purchase. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> Sept. 4th, 2019. . . . The fourth replacement could no longer hold air and needed to be refilled 3 to 4 times per night. br>Note: I got my first one in September. 1, 2018. Concerning the Fourth replacement, I had not contacted customer service. br>It was the end of my one-year warranty. They texted me to see if there were any other issues, and after relaying the information above, they shipped (A Fifth REPLACEMENT) to me. Thank you, King Koil, for making the best mattress I've ever slept on when it holds air. br>br>Updated on October 7th, 2019: I received the Queen Mattress on September 6, 2019, and I liked it more than the California King mattress. However, after a month, it began to lose air. I contacted customer service, and they said there was no problem, and a replacement was on its way. br> The deadline for submissions is October 9, 2019. In an e-mail, I received some advice. They sent me an email stating that the mattress material had been replaced with a better one. They stand by what they sell!! br>Date of last update: May 6, 2020. Purchase is not recommended. The quality of the product is poor. Around the circle seams on the mattress top, tears form.
