It was a big disappointment. Having just sent my daughter off to preschool for the very first time, I lacked awareness of just how many choices were available for a nap mat. I read reviews of several products and the majority of them have mixed ratings, so I chose this one because of a time crunch and it had been shipped fastest. Although the blanket has a really adorable pattern and the backing is very soft, that's about the only positive thing I can say. The description for this nap mat says that it is 2 inches in thickness. My assumption was that the bottom of the mattress would be thick enough for sleeping comfort. I was Despite the fact that the bottom of the nap mat has a thicker top portion, the bottom sleeping area is not nearly What a waste of time. I also don't like the pillow because it doesn't feel fluffy, and it seems like it's only about one third filled, and whoever put it together didn't want to put it together any longer. This is terrible. It is most likely that I would not have spent even $20 on this let alone $50 on this if I could go back in time It would be nice if I could go back in time and buy her a regular fold up mat, bed sheet, and her own pillow and blanket. This is an unfortunate experience and we will be returning and replacing the mat with a normal one with a sheet and blanket. Your money is too valuable to waste.
It is so much better than the large, bulky mats they use in school in the afternoon during nap times You can use this mat since it is very soft and has a built-in blanket and pillow. One of the great things about this mat is that you can simply wash it each week in the wash machine. COVID is a looming threat at the moment, so I felt it was especially important. This can go in the washing machine once a week when I want to wash it and I can wash the whole mat at once with some bleach and hot water. It also rolls up so it's easy to transport.
