According to the manufacturer, it fits all types of wrists, but it does not. When I put them in Smith and Wesson handcuffs, they got stuck going in and they wouldn't unlock the cuff, and when they came out, they got stuck going back in. As for the peerless cuffs, they are not unlockable either. After I returned it the first time, I thought it was perhaps not cut perfectly, but then it did the same thing with the new one. Until now, I have not had the time to simply return it, but I will do so soon. I am happy to report that it looks and feels nice, but if the key doesn't work, then the price is not worth it.
