They were a great choice for our Disney vacation. I got them in some different color options for adults and children. In children's and adult sizes, you can choose from green, blue, yellow, and red. During our afternoon rain showers in Florida, and during a couple of water rides in which I didn't want to soak my backpack and its contents, we used them to protect us from rain. All the items in its cover stayed dry because I thought the quality was good. As a result they don't breathe well and cause a lot of sweat when a humid climate is present. For me, these are best suited to cooler, wet climates like the ones found in Oregon, Canada, and Ireland. At Disney, I wrapped my backpack in one and just dealt with the rain on my own because I found it more comfortable to be outside in the rain than to be drenched in sweat in a The children's ponchos didn't have drawstrings, which was also a con. While this set is absolutely great if you live in a cooler climate, I would not recommend it if you live in a hot or humid climate because you will quickly find yourself ditching them.

I purchased this pack as a gift for our week together We went to Disney World for a long time as a family. We only had to open them up once this week considering it was predicted to rain all week. Each of them is packaged individually in a zip bag The bags fit easily into our backpacks since they are sealed in loc bags. Keeping the rain out is made easier by a bit of elastic at the wrists. There are drawstrings on the adult ponchos only that allow you to bind the hood. It is possible for them to be put back into the storage bags after they have been worn, but it was tricky. As soon as they are put back into the storage bags, they take up more space. The overall quality of the product is very good. Although they weren't the most comfortable ponchos I've ever worn, they served their purpose nicely.

There were storms each day we were there according to the forecast. A few minutes of light rain fell on one day, but only for a few minutes. I did see one of my sons wearing the adult poncho. It was a big plus that it covered almost to his knees (he is 5'8"), because he is 5'8". He had a drawstring on the hood of his hooded jacket and it covered his arms and backpack. The fact that it did not tear when he took it off and put it on was particularly pleasing to me. Children and adults were able to choose from a variety of colors.
