There were so many hand warmers available on Amazon that I spent days trying to figure out what to choose. This is the best one I have ever found. With a larger battery and at the same price or lower than so many others I had been looking at, it was the perfect option for me. No matter where I am in the house, my hands and feet are always chilly during the winter. When I have been using this in the evenings I have found it most comforting to hold while on my computer. As well, I have purchased a pair of fingerless gloves with warmers that are lightweight that I can wear while typing while alternating the warmer between my hands. I have also warmed my feet before going to bed at night because they are cold. If you turn it up to the highest temperature, it gets nice and toasty.

When the weather is cold, I use this hand warmer to sit outside on my patio. I like the way it works. Sometimes, it can get too hot, but if I take it out of my pocket and place it outside in the cool air, it gets cooled down. I'd prefer it if the equipment had a slide switch to toggle between the temperature settings and to turn it on and off. As I am blind, I cannot use the lights to discern whether the oven has been turned on or off, or what temperature it is set at. It may just be a matter of personal preference, but I wish it was a little smaller so that I can close my fist around it, keeping my hand warm. Generally speaking, it works as advertised and I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a very specific need for a slide stitch.

Having used reusable hand warmers that you boil for years, I ordered this one to give it a try since I was already familiar with them and not sure if they would work for me. It definitely does and I am I think it's really cool! While walking about in the cold, I took it with me and it worked better than the boil ones I was using before. Even let a friend use it to charge her phone and she was amazed my hand warmer could charge her phone. In fact, she wants one now as well. They'll make great gifts, so I'm going to buy several more. They work well for our little girls too if they are in the stroller and want to take the gloves off (they hate gloves). I bought these for myself when I have to work or adjust something without gloves. If my or their hands get cold, they or I can grab these for a little while and they will feel better. It has come in very handy to have this hand warmer. The device is small enough to fit in your pocket, but it warms up your hands very well. This is one of the products my husband and I bought to replace our old one. Besides being lightweight, it can also fit into a jacket pocket when it's not being used. My friend bought a similar product from another company, but this one is much nicer because it has rubber on the top and bottom which makes it easier to hold. As soon as I had a need for another, I would get another.

Beskar is the second company we have bought handwarmers from. In the beginning we had the 7800mAh battery I gave the book to my mother because I thought it was wonderful. Pink was my favorite color so I bought the second one. The battery's 5200mAh capacity enabled it to heat up quite quickly despite the fact that it can get quite hot. I always use the second setting to keep my hand warm. It is just the size I need to fit in my pocket while taking my dog for a walk.
