I decided to test it out last week and filled the bag with water first thing in the morning and laid it flat on a sunny surface for a few hours. I checked on it often to see how it was doing, and I could feel the bag starting to warm. Our first use of it did not have any pressure behind it (as you may expect), but the water was hot and felt wonderful! If you need to take a shower more than twice a day, I strongly recommend getting 2 or 3 of them so that everyone can do so - be sure to use the water while it is warm. Make sure that the bag doesn't cool down or else you'll be taking a freezing The product gives 5 stars from the viewpoint of a beginner camper who couldn't have hoped for a better camping experience.

The first one I bought was so heavily used in so many climates that it finally wore The shower is nice and warm, and the container holds water and it is left in the sun for a brief period of time. Highly recommend not only for hikers and climbers, but to have in case of an emergency (power outage, etc).

During the summer, we only use solar showers at our camp. Over the past decade I have been buying Stearns Sunshowers to keep my car sparkling even more than usual since they are higher quality than other cars. Stearns showers leak out of the box each time I order them, and I've ordered three of them in the last three years. I am so frustrated. Leaks occurred three times once from the nozzle and once from the fill cap. During the opening of the 4 gallon sunshower, I noticed that the nozzle was leaking. In addition, it was a steady leak, not No one knows why the quality has dropped so low, but Stearns should take steps to ensure the quality of their suppliers.

In the past, I have had to put it in the shade twice or three times before the water temperature reached 1140 degrees. the materials used in this bag cannot stand up to repeated use, even though they feel durable and thick. Maybe it isn't safe to carry this bag in direct sunlight for 2 hours in 90-degree heat. A four and a half star rating if it was durable would be appropriate. Two stars are needed because it lasted two months with use several times a week. If it cost $3 and I had to replace it every couple months, I might have thought it was a good purchase. As we traveled by boat from Florida to North Florida by boat and went up to the Great Lakes, down the rivers to the Gulf, and then through north Florida, we used this shower for 9 months. A much better bag that heats up twice as fast as the previous one. This seems to be a very sturdy product. It was an Advanced Elements shower that I gave to a friend that had to be replaced. This one may be a little better than the first one but it still worked well. Water control with a screw appears to be safer than one with a pull handle When storing in my car, I put my cell phone in the out type so that I don't open it by accident and spill water on it. My other one did not have the problem, but I was always worried about it. I don't fill it all the way, but knowing that I can store plenty of water is nice. The 4 gallons is quite a lot, and it's heavy, so I don't fill it all the way. When I cannot find a branch or hook to hang this from, I open up the back hatch of my SUV and tape it to the window part of the hatch. If I tape it to the end of the hatch, it is too heavy and.

After using it for so long, I decided to get another one because it was so much better than the other ones.
