During two camping trips, we used the Portable Shower, and it was wonderful. On the third trip, however, I was unable to use the shower because the receiver thread for both the shower hose and head came loose when I tried to screw it in. When I called Invation's Customer Support, they told me to email info@myivation. com, and I did. I would advise you not to purchase! What's going on here. We have decreased the volume in our house. Among the 3 pictures from our security camera that I am attaching, I have a "before explosion photo". There is not much orange in the picture, but you can see a brief glimpse in the bottom middle. A portable shower is one like that. My phone is charging now thanks to a plug. I have included two images that show the explosion as it happened. I thankfully did not have to deal with any fires. I would not recommend buying this product. This is not a safe situation!.
