There is a version of this with a wooden top I have. This one melted on one of the hinges when it was too close to the fire, so I was looking for another and found this one. This version of the table has been with me on a couple of camping trips now. Even though the table tops are different, they are just as sturdy as the prior version, and metal doesn't stain and is easy to clean. As well as being lighter, this one is much faster than previous versions. This is a lightweight, but sturdy table that is easy to put together. The storage bag included with the product can be collapsed and stored. For my small Weber charcoal grill, I use it.
