The product is simple, with a simple carrying pocket (the zipper will snag soon). The quality isn't very good - When eating (why is this so difficult? ), the spoon shape isn't very comforting either. It appears to be of adequate durability. You should probably bring a separate knife because the knife edges aren't very effective. br>br>Update: following a few months of use - These utensils are a nightmare to use. When you have a huge soup spoon on the other end of the fork, it's difficult to use it. Furthermore, the spoon is excruciatingly painful to use because of its large size and sharp parting line edges on the sides, which cut your lips when you use it. My advice is to use the included pouch and add your own kitchen utensils that you use on a daily basis.
I was a little hesitant because they aren't made of metal like the rest of our mess kit, but they have held up admirably, and the knife side cuts exceptionally well. It doesn't appear to be very sharp because I can run my finger over it without getting a cup, but when used for food, it cuts everyone without issue. Overall, I have no complaints.
It's a good idea to have one on hand in case of an emergency or for camping or backpacking. They were both durable and lightweight, making them easy to transport. They, as well as the carry case, will appeal to ounce counters. Lightweight but tough.
At work, I keep them in my lunch bag. I am not permitted to bring metal past the secure perimeter. With them, I'm able to cut, poke, and spoon. It's a little awkward to hold at first, but it becomes second nature after a while. I don't use the case, but it's handy to have just in case. They're sturdy, easy to clean, and I'm no longer forced to use disposables, which are prone to breaking. Buy'em. It's impossible to make a mistake with this.
Although not in the traditional sense, these sporks are so good that I took them out of my camping gear and now bring one to work with me for lunch every day. If you have leftover Chinese and yogurt, you won't have to worry about cross-contamination (if you're as picky as I am) because you'll only be using one utensil. br>br>A traditional spork is a cross between a bicycle and a spork. It is capable of performing all tasks, but not well. This spork solves the problem by separating the spoon and fork, and no, the knife part isn't sharp enough to cut the inside of your mouth.
While reading too many reviews, I jumped on a prime day sale and somehow missed the fact that these were not titanium/metal. We try to live in a plastic-free environment as much as possible. Low-cost and ultra-lightweight - Everything went according to plan. However, it was not the information I was looking for. I wanted to pack a few metal sporks in my lunches.
They'll come in handy when I'm camping. Thank you for making this item available to us.
These are fantastic. Every day, send them to school with the children's lunches and bring them to work with you. It's preferable to sending disposable forks and spoons, and it'll most likely save you money in the long run. These are durable and simple to clean.
