Steel cutlery makes my son's Aspergers symptoms worse. I was tired of buying disposable plastic utensils and was looking for something more permanent and substantial when I came across these. They are extremely heavy. I think I'll keep these for a long time. I'm going to buy another set so that I can have a group of eight of each. He likes how they feel in his mouth, and I like how they look.
This is what I'll tell you: As a corrections officer, I work in a prison. As you may have guessed, we are not permitted to use metal silverware. When it comes to disposable knives, they never work well when it comes to cutting anything. Disposable forks and spoons break, and it's not the most economical or environmentally friendly option. I'm not a tree hugger, but this is a simple way for us to help the environment, and I especially like the teaspoon, which is something that most other products don't include. When compared to other items I've bought in the past, the quality of these is unquestionably superior. They're just as tough as, if not tougher than, any other brand I've used in the past. They're a lot more practical because the knife can actually fit through the fork's slots and cut something. Don't waste your time looking for other options; these are the best.
These were purchased as a low-cost alternative to a set I purchased on the Dr. Clark Store website, both of which will be used to replace Stainless Steel eating utensils. In contrast, the Lexan 16 pc. Kenyon brand I guess that's the difference between Lexan and Polypropylene, as well as the end results of better design and manufacturing process. Cutlery set was nearly three times the cost, but the strength, feel, and palatability are ten times as nice; I guess that's the difference between Lexan and Polypropylene, as well as the end results of better design and manufacturing process. The Stanport brand will all need to be sanded to make them more comfortable in the hand and mouth, whereas the Kenyon brand will not. well. , and it's almost time to eat!.
We go camping once a month at the very least, and we usually bring plastic silverware (which we wash and reuse). I disliked reusing plastic silverware because it's difficult to completely clean them and they always seem to be a little oily. These do not, and they are extremely durable. In our camping kitchen box, they've taken the place of the plastic silverware. I'd strongly suggest it!.
Many studies have shown that eating with non-metal cutlery improves food flavor. I bought this set (then marketed by Coleman) many years ago and have been looking for it ever since (I still have and use my original set). They're just as sturdy as silverware, and I agree that food tastes better when served with them.
I really wanted to like this cutlery because it was the only set with teaspoons that I could find. However, the plastic seams are uneven and, in some places, sharp. There are a few extra pieces of plastic protruding from the surface. The quality is extremely poor. br>br>They are extremely light, weighing in at only 14 ounces. The weight of typical stainless steel cutlery is about a third of that. They also appear to be long-lasting.
I ordered two packs this time. I use them in the kitchen to avoid scratching my pots and pans. I've even used them to fry food on a pan; yes, it warped a little, but that was due to the fact that I left it in the oil for too long. However, it stood up to the hot oil better than any other plastic cutter. Only by chance did I break two of them. Aside from that, they're quite solid. br>br>Enough with the review; go ahead and buy it!.
These are incredible! After about a month with these, I decided to order my second set. I dislike eating with metal utensils because I have an aversion to metal in my mouth, but I also despise using disposable plastic utensils because they are harmful to the environment. I've finally discovered the ideal utensils. These are extremely durable and dishwasher safe. I strongly advise anyone who wants to avoid metal or disposable products to try these. Even my household's regular utensil users enjoy using these, which is why I've decided to purchase a second set. For such a good product, the price is unbelievable.
