Questions & Answers

Is this big enough to fit in my carryon bag on a flight?

You can have it in your carry-on if you are a legal eater Put it on your clothes, then place it on top of it.

A part of the green color on the spork rubs off on the sink bottom when I banged it against it while cleaning it. Does this sound normal to you?

It is anodizing, not a coating, and the color is different depending on the color of it. Rub it against anything that is harder and it will wear off. If you wipe the concrete with an abrasive cleaner, use a stainless steel wire brush or rub against concrete, the finish will be eroded. This isn't a problem in and of itself, however it may cause consternation.

The cable could reach all the way to the bottom of the Mountain House freeze dried meals bag, is that possible?

There are six and a half inches from the top of the handle to the top of the tines when measured as a whole.

Can you tell me if this titanium is 100% pure? Do you think it is just a coating of titanium?

My piece does not appear to have any anodizing and appears to be made 100% of There are no magnets on any part of it, even after I tried it with a magnet. The magnetic properties of titanium are not present in 100% of it. As well, the surface has some scratches and the color beneath is the same. Buying titanium means you can trust that it's pure.

All of them have been excellent sporks for me, but the titanium spork is my favorite
5/5

So far, it has proven to be the finest titanium spork. Each and every one has been my experience. My experience with Light My Fire (overrated, not ergonomic, especially on the fork side) is limited. There are some decent Chinese brands, such as Vargo (made A few years ago, I was using Primus (flimsy, inconsistent, and poorly designed). In the past I've had Optimus (just okay, a little rough, but come on! ), I've had Toaks (decent, however it scratches everything it touches in the process, how about you rounded out the As far as aluminum goes, I've had the Sea to Summit Alpha Light annodized aluminum (bumpy, unfinished and not finished, but it worked) There is an unpleasant feeling, & For eating, aluminum isn't going to work), and now it's time for Japan is where it was made. A titanium alloy of high quality. It is easier to eat a salad with longer tines and more recessed edges. It is also easy to eat soups and other spoon primary foods out of the large bowl.
There are many holes cut into the shaft to reduce weight on most other brands. When I go camping, I dislike this because food, dirt and grime get trapped in the holes, making them difficult to clean. This wastes more clean water, time, and effort. It has a solid shaft, which makes it one of the most sanitary and easiest to There's a lot to be said for simplicity. There were numerous holes in the primus (3+), which was extremely annoying for clean up. Vargo had a few holes (2+) and Toaks reduced them to 1 In addition, there is a narrow, shallow caribiner hole at the top of Snow Peak, which is the only hole in the mountain. All their needs seem to have been taken care of. The shafts are thinner than average, but have proven to be not a problem. Besides sporks that fold, I've also used different kinds of sporks. They're just as easy to avoid as they are to deal with. These chairs do not have ergonomic designs and are difficult to keep clean with a couple of crevices in some poor places. A lot of titanium sporks look like objects of ridicule, and are not respected by the rest of the It has a mountain-like feel and a strong air of authority I think this is a solid product. This is a small work of art. It has a uniquely Japanese aesthetic. There is only one negative aspect I have observed, which is Since it has recessed tines, it will not hold a considerable amount of milk, which is something the Vargo's did better If your liquids are thicker, such as soups & sauce, it won't work Additionally, I would have enjoyed a wider handle if there was an extra gram or two in the product, but this is a minor issue. The green is very bright, so I like it. Often, the lighting on a campsite is limited, so I make sure all my gear is as bright as possible to be seen in the dark. Vargo makes a yellow/gold version as well, so I would like Snow Peak to do the same. In my opinion, Snow Peak is my favorite titaniumware, followed by Vargo in 2nd place, and Toaks in 3rd. Snow Peak isn't perfect but it's as close to perfect as I have seen.

My favorite part is that it is When I first heard that there was such a thing as a titanium spork, I was totally in awe
5/5

When I first heard of titanium sporks, I thought, "Why would anyone need one?". My first read through was a ton of different reviews that all started with something similar to "This is my favorite item" or "I don't know what I did before my titanium spork. " or just simply "I love this something. ". After reading spork reviews, I was intrigued I began researching the differences between them. Snow Peak titanium spork, which appeared to appeal to the most people and sounded like a product I would like, seemed to be the winner. A blue anodized finish completed the look! It was love at first sight for me. In the course of using it at work, all the claims appeared to hold true when I received it. The spork was just perfect for me! My favorite item was this one! It took me a long time to figure out what I'd done before I got I've been using my first one for a couple of years now, and I still use it every single day. I also gave several to my coworkers, who were recently inducted into "The Order of the Spork. " In all seriousness though, this is a great product. It can be used for camping meals or at work. In addition to the bowl having enough capacity to eat soup out of, the tines are long enough to spear food with, and do some simple noodle twirling with, and there are no sharp edges which could cut your teeth. The coating no longer appeared to be blue, but the color had faded. My love for it is still as strong as ever.

This is a lightweight, great-looking product with an easy to use design
4/5

Having the privilege of owning a spork was never on my bucket list, but 2020 brought a multitude of interesting guys and gals to the forefront. When I was planning to return to traveling, I realized it would be a good idea to have an eating utensil in my pack for situations where I may stumble upon a bowl of soup in a region where there is nothing else to eat Sticks and leaves might be all that can be used as mouth delivery systems. This item is long and heavy, but it also feels strong and tough, so even though it weighs quite a bit, it is quite a powerful item. I'm not sure if I would like to see one semi-autonomous system Hot dog cutters with a sharper edge would probably be more effective, but I would worry about the idea of a Joker-type cutter I feel like I'm talking to It's all good- The item is one that is a great addition to any.

It is lightweight and easy to use
4/5

An important part of the color is Weight was an important factor for me when purchasing this product since I was going on a thru hike. A few nights ago, I bought two of these for myself and Upon first glance, I realized that the two items were different in their colors, and one of them has large areas of discoloration. This was not an issue for me since I do not care what they look like, but many others may, so I took a star off for it. There are eight sporks in each package. The weight is 5oz and the material is Obviously, I haven't been able to take them out of their quarantine as of yet, so I will update my review once that is done. used this spork to eat and was highly satisfied with its functionality. The dish was cleaned in the dishwasher without any problems.

It is so big that you can gouge out the whole eye of your enemy with the spork all at once! I think the anodizing on this is very well done, from the design to the quality of the finish, if it had a knife on the end it would easily be a 5 star product, however, the lack of a knife end makes it a solid 4 star product
4/5

You could shovel heaping loads of them chicken noods right into your piehole no problem with the size of this spork if you want the Cadillac of sporks, petrified fish. You all have a great time microwaving!.

A color-coded one is not to be purchased
3/5

Initially, it was the green anodized one. As soon as I got it, some areas of the green were worn off and the titanium color started showing through. When I first cleaned it, I barely rubbed it on my sink while cleaning, which resulted in more blood coming I only used it a few times when I noticed it now had a bunch of little scratches on it, perhaps caused by A clean house is a healthy house.
I'm very disappointed that it's coming off so easily, but I have no idea how it came off. There has been only a week since I got it, and the green has already gone. The spork is nice, but I should have gone with the titanium spork.
