An indispensable item for those with a taste for smoking big and small

Would there be anything more you could ask for? To hold the chips for smoking goodies, a good pan is needed. While it would be nice if they were stainless steel or at least a heavier gauge metal, they still work fine until they rust or burn through. Approximately one year is how long it takes me. Whatever the case may be, this is a good item.

We replaced our old used coffee maker with this one and it worked perfectly Turn on the flavor pan and enjoy. We have been able to produce a lot of jerky using salmon, deer, and elk smoked by our Big Chief.

The Little Chief now has a chip pan

It was an old pan with better days behind it I think local mice may have used the handle for a home. The handle was gone and appears to be missing. Therefore, we need a new pan to get the Little Chief back in the business of smoking. Everything seems to be fine so far It's hard to go wrong here This pan is all there is to it.
