The pots would never be used by me. I checked for lead with a 3M test kit, and it came back positive, just as I expected. Throw them out and replace them with new pots to keep the burner warm. I'm sorry, but I can't answer your question because I don't eat pasta.
If you remove the stainless steel cup, you can use a 230g (or 110g) fuel canister.

I was hesitant at first, but at $23, I couldn't say no. LEAD TESTING WAS POSITIVE IN THE POTS! The pots DO contain lead, according to a 3M lead test kit (which is very reliable). If you only need a burner and a stainless steel cup, this is the option for you. The burner comes in its own little plastic carrying case, which fits into the cup, so those items can all fit into the nylon bag with plenty of room to spare. THOUGH, THROW OUT THE POTS!.
It's extremely small and light. I bought this set for a camping trip with my friends as their chef. Not only was it cute and compact, but we had a blast cooking our meals at our campsite! The set fits easily in a backpack and, to my surprise, warmed up the meals more quickly than I had anticipated. It also works well with a gas attachment. It's super small, light, and cool! The cook set comes with everything you'll need to boil water, heat soup, or prepare other dishes. Because most backpackers I know don't prepare a full meal, it's ideal for one or two people. There is a "pot" included in the set. a "pan. "The pot is only big enough to heat up 2 - 3 people. " For your dehydrated food pack, you'll need 4 cups of water. a cup of coffee or tea.
Finally, I chose this one because it included a pot and pan, as well as a lid that doubled as a bowl for eating and a lid that cut cooking time in half. It came with a stove, which I didn't have to purchase separately, as well as a stainless coffee cup. The only thing I added to the package was a clip-on silicone strainer, which is compatible with the rest of the kit. I bought a Coleman 7 for the fuel. The performance canister was 75 ounces and fit perfectly on the stove. Right now, I'm using it indoors, and there's no smell of gas. br>br>I was blown away by the stove's quality. Granted, this is my first one, but it appears to be very sturdy and worked flawlessly the first time. br>br>Right now, I'm using the pot to cook boil in a bag rice, and the pot is not scorching even on high. br>br>I'm really looking forward to putting this kit to use in real life. If something goes wrong, I'll make a note of it here. br>br>For size reference, I've included a photo of some items.
I was able to make coffee and even pancakes, as it turned out! Although the stove is small, it packs a punch. Using the medium pot, the water came to a boil in five minutes, and I was able to balance an 8-inch pancake pan to cook them! So I guess I'll be able to make a decent meal out of it. I'm also pleased with how small it is.
The kit is small, light, and well-thought out. I bought this for my motorcycle vacation because it fits nicely in a saddlebag and consumes very little fuel for a long period of time. I've been on the road for ten days and have just about worn out the first canister cooking breakfast and dinner, which includes coffee and tea in the evening. I still don't recommend anything I've planned, but I do recommend this one.
Although it isn't quite a jet boil, it gets the job done. This came in handy for heating water for our meals and boiling water for coffee on my camping trip to Havasu Pai. It's lightweight and inexpensive, but it takes a few minutes for the water to boil versus a jet boil (which is lightning fast), so if you have the money to spend on a jet boil, I'd recommend it, but if you don't, this is a great little stove that will serve you well. Last but not least, all of the accessories can be stored in the container as shown, making it extremely easy to transport.
I can't say enough about how fantastic this stove is. br>Without it, I will never venture into the woods!.
The stove has yet to be used, but it appears to be promising. A flat butane/propane tank can be plugged into it. However, I bought an adapter to allow it to use a propane tank. (For future buyers, I've added a lot of photos. ).
