THE CLASSIC BOREALIS. The popular Borealis pack has been updated and reimagined. It now has easy-to-find storage, a super-comfy FlexVent suspension, and the American Chiropractic Association's stamp of approval.

TECHNOLOGY FOR FLEX VENTS. For comfortable, all-day support, the updated FlexVent suspension system includes articulated shoulder straps, a rounded back panel and stitch lines, and soft chemise fabric.

ORGANIZATION IN THE MAXIMUM EXTENT. Two external water bottle pockets can also be used for other purposes. A padded tablet sleeve and zip pockets are located in the front compartment. Small items or electronics can be stored in an external fleece-lined pocket.

This is an excellent college backpack

This was purchased as a present for my son. It was supposed to be burnt organge, but they misspoke and I ended up loving it! Few people have this combination, he says, and in Wisconsin, where there can be a lot of gray for months, it makes a bold statement. The pockets are functional, and the separate computer sleeve inside is a plus!.

In less than a year, the mesh on the water bottle tore

The water bottle mesh tore in less than a year! I love the look of this backpack, and my son can fit a lot of school books and binders in it, but it tore in less than a year! The water bottle holders are of poor quality, and I am disappointed! Please substitute a more durable mesh for the mesh!.

There isn't enough space for books and it's very heavy (even when empty)

This was purchased for my son, who was in need of a more comfortable high school backpack. I checked inside to make sure it didn't have anything in it when I took it out of the package because it was so heavy! Only two "large" compartments are available, one for a laptop and the other for books. Once the laptop is in its pocket, the other "large" compartment can only hold a few notebooks. It was difficult to locate a pocket for pencils and pens. Because the bag was already so heavy when empty, it weighed 15 pounds once it was filled with a laptop and three spiral notebooks. There's definitely no room for a lunch or a textbook. I feel like I'm going insane with all of the positive feedback! What makes you think this is a good school bag?.
